I was with my mum visiting Zakopane. Super location, very clean and helpful staff. Tasty 😋 breakfast. And we had mountain view in room. Room small but comfortable. Very clean. There is good wi fi.. I could even leave my bag after I checked out. I definitely consider for next visit

The hotel couldn't be locared in a better place it's right in the heart of zakopane easy access fir walking to most attractions or taxis yes it's noisy but thats to be expected considering the location but midweek was fine hotel us a bit dated but the beds were comfy ,clean,and the room warm breakfast was adequate , and if you ask at reception they will give you a kettle for your room plenty of hot water and the price you pay is so cheap,but its your decision if you want to go up the road and pay 3 times the amount , the staff are really helpful and a bonus the is a Costa coffee adjacent to the building

It's a small issue but no toaster at breakfast,a few ladybugs came in our room but I just threw them out.

Hotel Gromada is an old-fashioned ski/mountaineering hotel. The rooms are quite small and the en suite bathrooms are smaller still, but the beds are comfortable, there’s a lift, and there’s a restaurant that serves a decent buffet breakfast downstairs. The location is an easy walk from the train station, just off Zakopane’s main street. There is easy walking access to mountain trails and the shopping district, where there are a lot of dining options, shopping and street performers.

No air conditioning/no fans. It was hot when we were there and even though the temp outside dropped in the evenings our room stayed pretty warm. A fan would have been good to better vent the room. All rooms have two twin beds, a desk and a chair with a small chest of drawers holding a small TV. The space would be a tight squeeze if you aren’t a light traveler, but we were fine. I wish there had been an easy chair. A luggage rack would have been nice. As we’ve done every where in Poland and Prague this trip, we immediately pulled the quilts out of the duvets and slept under just the duvet. Warm weather bedding would be nice!

The location of the property was amazing. Right on the main touristy street Krupówki. Close to everything We had a room with Mountain View and it was amazing something surreal The breakfast was 7-11 am. Everything was so fresh. The break rolls would still be warm when we would come down. You get around 15% off the food in the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel and the food and drinks are so nice and very affordable

There was no double beds. We had two single beds. But this wasn’t a major thing. One single bed was big enough for us Small bathroom

The location is fantastic. Everything you need in town is nearby. Also, the hiking routes are also quite nearby thus making this a convenient place. Night life around is also great. Amazing European style breakfast that is totally worth the price! Good sports bar connected to hotel. Mountain view from the windows!

No AC in the facility, during summer time, especially shower is incredibly hot. As for no AC in the room - not troublesome as windows can be opened sufficiently. And the hotel would be better if renovated. It's a little old at this stage.

Location fantastic, right in front of the happening street Kruprowki. Within walking distance to Gubalowka Funicular Train Station. Easy access to street food and restaurants. Room clean and comfortable with all amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. Happy that we were given extra 1 hour check out time free.

Great location, clean room, early check-in. Good selection of breakfast food. Luggage storage a nice bonus, very helpful for hiking. Front desk staff friendly.

Front desk charged my card in $, with 10% conversion surcharge, even though I SPECIFICALLY requested to be charged in PLZ.

Breakfast and staff were pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, house cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful. Reception staff were very helpful with my mum who has mobility problems. Thank you All.

There isn't anything to complain about.

Gromada Hotel is solid and serviceable, located right in the center of town. It couldn't be more conveniently located for the main pedestrian street and public transport (bus). The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was pleasant when I arrived with fast check-in. It reminded me of a "business hotel" with good service but no frills. I was completely satisfied and would stay there again. Good value.

I had no complaints. It wasn't a deluxe resort, but I wss't looking for that.

The receptionist lady was so friendly. I love my stay there, so central and just 15mins walk away from the Zakapone train station and right on the Krupowki street. I received a heads up message from the hotel about the potential noise, honestly it’s not a big issue if you’re a sound sleeper.
