The hotel was beautiful. The staff were fantastic. Very accommodating as my mam has mobility problems and osteoporosis and couldn’t manage any stairs so they changed her room immediately upon checking in. The hotel restaurant was lovely and the polish food was beautiful. The woodwork is stunning. Never stayed anywhere like it before. Lovely and warm hotel. Comfortable beds. Lovely rooms. Our’s had a balcony overlooking the Main Street with beautiful shops, markets and lovely views of the tatra mountains. The hotel has 2 buildings. The original has no lift to access floors but the new building has a lift so if you do have mobility issues you can always send them a message to explain you need a room in the new building which is just across the road. It’s so near. We all loved this hotel and will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends. Thanks very much once again.

Nothing at all.

The hotel is on Zakopane’s main road. It has a mountain feel. The room was in the attic with the mountain views. The breakfast is superb as is the restaurant!

The smell of the bed cushion was terrible. It needs to be cleaned. The fact that there was no lift to our room- But the luggages were transported up and down the stairs :) The pool opens very late at 12. The receptionists need to be more client friendly- a smile, a nice good morning does wonders- a helpful attitude would improve your ratings. They seemed very busy all the time. A couple of usb drives/c plugs would improve the service. Small milk could have been added next to the tea in the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It is directly located on the main street. The bus stop for the buses to Morskie Oko was just 3 minutes' walking distance. The staff were amicable and informative. They definitely deserve 10/10 comfort and cleanness.

The economy Double Room doesn't have air conditioning and minibar. The information provided by the hotel is correct. Honestly it is my mistake that I didn't pay attention to whether the room was equipped with AC and minibar when I was booking. It is a bit of a disadvantage for the summer- early autumn bookings. The shower was very small, despite the huge bathroom.

Location was central if a bit noisy at night. Food was great and the balcony was a great place to eat and watch the world go by. Comfy rooms, lovely free indoor pool and fantastic breakfast. The staff were all so helpful and great, bar one. We were given an excellent packed lunch for an early start missing breakfast. Reception helped with local information and helped book a day trip and were really friendly.

One older waitress served us supper on the balcony on the first night. She made us feel so unwelcome that we ate elsewhere on the remaining 2 evenings. Everybody else was lovely. A pity as we really enjoyed the meal and location.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Location is great. Although the street is very crowded, we were not disturbed by the noise in the room. Hotel itself looks great in wooden design. Room with balcony was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious: Local cheese, freshly cooked eggs by your taste, veggies, fruits and cakes everything you will need here. Many thanks to reception and restaurant staff for being so nice and helpful. We’re impressed by this 3⭐️hotel, where service is literally 10/10. We are definitely planning to come back in winter.

The hotel is clean and has a nice cabin wibe, super romantic for couples. Great location just by the main walking street with alot of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big, big beds and big toilet. Fresh water on arrival. The staff were very friendly, we wanted to stay a extra day and wanted to skip a breakfast one day, which was no problem. They were super friendly to tell us how to pay the parking. For me this stay felt like a 4 star hotel, they service and breakfast was amazing with a chief making egg dishes. Homemade bread and desserts. Sauna and pool was top class. The hotel is 2min away from a Lidl market.

Maybe better parking choice, would have been nice. Its hard to reserve a parking slot and it can be a little hazzale to get a spot just right next to the hotel. Parking cost is 80zlot for a full day from 8 to 21. Thats just how it is around Zakopane city center. The view was just a parking slot, you will have to enjoy the view from the breakfast areas, which is top class.

Very delicious breakfast. Especially fresh pancakes were very tasty. Location is perfect, restaurant is very good and Hotel SPA area lovely with fresh towels. We stayed in the main building and I was able to pay for parking next to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was on the smaller side, but pretty with dual aspect windows. Beautiful views everywhere.

My room was not very clean everywhere. Bed sheets were fresh, but there were empty beer bottles and cans inside the cabinet, maybe because there was no bin in the room. Standing lamp wasn't working and was full of spider webs. There was no fridge in the room to keep some drinks cool while it was 33 degrees. I've got the feeling the room price was slightly over my expectations despite it was high summer season. However few years back, I was able to book two nights in a five star hotel opposite what was literarily impossible this time.

We loved everything about Hotel Sabala. Its position at the heart of Krupowki Street with a bus stop within 3 minutes walk and a short walk from the Gubalowka Funicular, its decor, the room and also the facilities. The minute we stepped into this beautiful hotel we knew we were in for a positive experience. We really enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with a nice range of local specialities. The breakfast room was also so nicely decorated for Christmas.

Amazing location, close to everything you need: Morskie oki buses, usual local buses, and amazing local Zakopane park and many more attractions. Staff is awesome, super helpful, and breakfast is tasty. A huge plus is sauna and swimming pool(with forest view 😍) free of charge. Wooden building is pretty old but well preserved! Kudos to the team! 👍🏼The only thing we lacked was a bathtub (we should have asked for it beforehand) other than that everything was great 👍🏼

The place is in the heart of the town , you make two steps and you are at the main street where are all the shoping places and the restaurants/pubs . The place was clean and the breakfast was ok , maybe needs a bit of variety . The room is a bit small in my opinion for two people with two twin beds but you can survive it for a couple of days i guess :) Overall it was a nice stay . the pool and the sauna was great to have in addition

the room was a bit smaller then i expected and the wifi signal was poor
