Located across the road are McDonalds and Oporto, bp petrol station. Other stores close by are 7eleven, Guzman and Gomez, Officeworks,Spotlight, Baby Bunting, Sheridan outlet shop, Fantastic Furniture , Supercheap Auto , Katmandu etc. Just down the road, heading towards Maitland is the Rutherford Shopping Centre, where you will find Coles, Woolworthes, Aldi, a Bakehouse plus other shops. Located right next door to the motel is the Bradford hotel, for a nice pub meal. Just a short drive away is the little town of Greta, where you will find the Tattersall's Family Hotel, a Bottle - O, Greta Workers Club, McDonalds, Subway, a Bakery, Newsagents, a Pharmacy, Coffee shop and a BP petrol station, on your way to the lovely Hunter Valley Wineries.

We stayed for 2 nights, some fresh towels for our second day would have been nice.

Location, value, last minutes booking, easy check In & Check Out & pool was great & comfortable for short stay.

Cleaning could be a little better, deep clean of bathroom & the shower surrounding area’s, outside tables & poarch need a clean neglected & replace outside mats as they worn. Pool area no chairs & tables to sit. You should remove the broken umbrella flapping around & had no use at all. These are just minor things but do make difference.

The property was perfect, and the location was close to everything—absolutely loved it! I’m very satisfied with everything.

My only concern was that the TV kept turning on by itself during the night. We tried turning it off and lowering the volume, but it didn’t work. It was late, around 9 PM, and we thought it might be connected to another room, but we’re not sure. Eventually, we had to switch off the power to stop it. Other than that, we were happy and satisfied with our stay.

The hotel staff were amazing.and very polite

The room I was given had a smart tv and the capabilities to Smartcast with Android. However they failed to have a wireless USB receiver put in so while the room has a smart TV and wifi to connect it all The tv Was only capable of analogue channels. Also The staff admitted that the Room I was given has known door issues Whete the card would not unlock the door. I Was not able to open the door myself at any point during the stay. had the card swapped For a different one at one point And Close to midnight well after Reception had left for the day i was locked outside for 15 minutes trying to use the key before calling the hotel manager and having them organise security to come out waiting another 20 minutes.

Close proximity to eateries, petrol pump MC D Room was clean. Family room had a comfortable sofa bed for a family of 4 for a comfortable sleep. Welcoming check in staff at the reception. Complimentary bottles of water and kitkats.

The checkin time crew was very welcoming and pleasant called and even kept every thing ready as we where late for checkin, the check out lady did say thanks while collecting the key but did not display customer service skills as expected, by asking how was the stay or see you next time etc , not sure why. Overall it was a good experience. The outside tables and chairs were not as clean. Thanks.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a tad soft but still slept comfortably. The complimentary, chocolate, bottled water, crisps were a great touch. The motel accommodation was fantastic, although I didn't see a list of motel's recommended restaurants, cafes etc. which some people might like to have. Sundays, just mindful that a lot of cafes and restaurants are close even if Google says that they are open.

Facilities were amazing. We stayed in the King Spa and it was everything we expected - great bed, hot tub and big screen. It was a good place to relax and restore. Good outside area as well.

Room was very noise with didn't help for our sleep. We had to turn off aircon and fridge, still there was noise coming from others room bathroom. There was a coffee machine but no coffee available - a bit odd Id say.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable and larger than we expected. The location was great. It was just off the main road but nice and quiet with a few good dining options within walking distance. It was only a short drive to Maitland's town centre which worked well for us.

The air conditioner seemed to struggle with cooling the room but got there eventually. Maybe just needs a service.

It was just right for what we needed. If there’s one thing we would request for next time is 2 plates and knife and fork to be in drawers We had an early start swimming comp and pre bought our dinner and breakfast but had no forks to eat our salad so we used the tea spoons. We laughed and had a great night either way.

The value for money and quality exceeded our expectations. The property overall was well presented and inviting. Our room was very clean, bedding very comfortable, the black out curtains were perfect for a sleep in, and the welcome snacks absolutely appreciated.

There were no seating options in the pool yard, nor shaded areas.
