The Robots were great fun to watch even though they did struggle with our foreign passports. There was a staff member who popped out immediatley to assist us for an easier check in. Beds were comfy and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great and the room robot loved to remind you about breatfast along with sharing his little dances. Each day we had to press his head 5 times to change him back to english. Convenience store across the road and claw and drink vending machines in the hotel.

The shuttle buses were always full so we walked to disney every day which took 30mins with kids. It took longer with our suitcases and the kids.

It was quite funny but nice to see dinosaurs in the reception area. We were there 4 hours before check-in. Thankfully we were able to store our bags while we explored the area. Nothing exciting in the area, was very quiet. Lawsons across the road and 7-11 2mins away. We came back 1.5hrs before check-in. There was no opportunity to try check-in early. Cleaning team we saw a few times and were super friendly. Check-in opened precisely at 3pm. Easy to use kiosks. Rooms were nice and comfy and a lil spacious. Beds were comfortable. Was a very nice walk to Disneyland. We did the after5pm sessions, wasn't busy or crowded on our way there. A short walk to Maihama station from Disneyland. Thankfully we found the bus stop our hotel shuttle picked us up from. You are able to order Dominoes pizza from hotel. But we did not have a japanese number and with dinosuars at reception and uncertainty with english speakers, it was just easier to walk 8-10mins down the road and order at the store. Shuttle service back to Maihama station was great, the driver was very nice and helpful. It was a nice place but I don't think it was worth the price.

The dinosaurs were SO FUNNY. It was Halloween and the staff had dressed the dinosaurs in Halloween hats. Cannot be understated how fun the check in is. But apart from the dinos, the hotel has a great shuttle bus with reliable times for going to and from the train station. We walked to the hotel the first day and it is only about a 20 minute walk that is quite nice and easy if you miss the bus.

The bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. The bus service is also a first in, first served service so you can't prebook a spot. We got there 10 minutes before leaving for the station and it was quite full!

Loved the Free shuttle bus. Just enough for a family of four ( 2 adults, 2 kids), luggage was a slight issue. Kids loved the dinosaurs. Beds were fairly comfortable. They changed the towels daily. Virtually next to a 7-Eleven and Lawson. We really needed the free shuttle bus to Maihama station near Disney - just make sure you get there 15 minutes because the shuttle bus fills up rapidly and many missed the bus. They should get a bigger bus. I loved the ice machine and drinks machines on every floor as well as the ice-cream machine on the 6th floor? Loved the body wash and shampoos and free toiletries, much better than other places.

One complaint was that we couldn't really find any human staff... We needed a second room key card but couldn't get hold of anyone. Shuttle bus was too small for the number of hotel guests attending Disney. It should run more regularly too during the peak times... The Maihama train & bus station is only 5 minutes away... It's too far to walk in the 33degree summer heat and humidity. It would be great if they could drop guests off directly at the worlds. Hard to find human staff...

The dinosaurs at the Check in are great fun! The beds were comfortable, breakfast good! If you want to go to Disney World, it’s a perfect location, even more with the free shuttle bus in the mornings (and back at night) to the Maihama Station. If you want to go to Tokyo City, you need app. 1h, but due to the good public transport (a regular bus to/from Maihama Station passes directly in front of the hotel and you can also use the free shuttle bus), that’s fine as well.

We booked one double and one triple room. For the triple, they just use the sofa bed in between the two regular beds, which gives you three beds right next to each other and no space for comfortably opening a suitcase, e.g. on the floor or sofa. It was ok for the two nights, but maybe good to know.

Everything! We love it! The Dinosaurs receiving you at the front desk were awesome, if you need help the staff will come over, everyone in the hotel is very nice. The shuttle to Maihama Station and Disney is amazing! The food was delicious, the robot in the room is out of this world. We love it! Excellent service!

It was pretty difficult to get here from Narita Airport, but once we arrived our stay was excellent! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was great, and the view from our room made me gasp -- we could see Mt. Fuji AND the Disney parks! We loved being right next to a 711 and a Family Mart, and the free shuttle to and from Maihama Station was a lifesaver. I highly recommend this hotel as a cheaper option for a Tokyo Disney stay! The fun lobby and check-in are just a huge bonus :)

Property was really good, dinosaurs were very cool. There were four of us so good to all fit in one room. Shower and toilet seperate which is good for a bigger group. Had a little room robot that danced which was cute. Had shuttle bus service to the station near Disney so then you could do a short walk to the entrance making our days stress free.

If you like a firm bed that’s good, they were very firm and solid.

When you enter the building, you are greeted by dino’s. And then at the check-in desk again. They helped us check in which is fun. It only did not want to scan our documents so a staff member came to help, they were very helpful and friendly. In the hotelroom there is a robot who helps you if you have questions. This is fun, but you can’t turn off the robot. You can only put it on silent mode. The room itself is very clean and big. The location is good, as it is very close to Disney (only 20min walk). We would stay again!

It would make us feel better if the robot in the room could be turned completely off.

2nd booking but same trip: - room had nice size, comfortably fits 2-3 adults or 2 adults with kids - water pressure in the bathroom was superb - the dinosaurs and robots were a great touch! We liked interacting with the robot in the room but we had a hard time consistently interacting with it - 1min walk to the bus station - one of the best hotel option if looking for accommodation near Disneyland - free shuttle to Maihama Station (with schedule) - free ice in the lobby - there's a Lawson & 711 very near the hotel - the Urayasu area was a nice area to explore, if you are staying in this hotel for Disneyland, its nice to spend a day or two in this area to explore - there's a nice sushi and tonkatsu restaurants near the hotel and Matsuya also - you can leave luggage since check in is at 3pm

- breakfast was only ok, i expected more - the check in kiosks didnt always work but there are staff that are very helpful - no smoking areas in this area in Japan
