The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly lovely. The manager at the time went above and beyond for our family everyone greeted us with kindness.

You had to pay for everything even to use the pool. Everything was an additional payment and I really didn’t like this as it adds up for family’s. We chose this hotel purely because the pool and we weren’t aware that you had to pay to use it.

This was directly across from bayside station (Disney monorail) so it was an easy walk to transfer to the theme parks and the Mahaima train station. It was also very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

They had a good amount of places to eat but the restaurants they had were mostly booked so you couldn't eat last minute so most of the late night options had to resort to the buffet that closed around 10:30. There was nothing open late in walking distance so you were pretty much out of luck if you wanted something like late night ramen in walking distance.

The room 'Ocean dream' was amazing. Huge, balcony, view of sunset and Mt Fuji, comfortable squishy beds, easy to operate toilet. The standard room was also good with a view of the Disney attractions from a distance including the nighttime fireworks. The breakfast buffet (included) was very good, lots of options for all tastes, even a fairy floss machine!

The evening meal options could have been better for us. There was a convenience shop that sells noodle cups and sandwiches, or there was an expensive buffet. In between was a four item a'la'carte menu. What I think the Sheraton needs is either a pizza option or a sushi train option, or both. Something where you can eat as much as you need without paying 7000 yen ($70 AUD) for a buffet banquet, and get something a little more substantial than 360 yen sandwiches or a 2300 yen noodle bowl. We ended up getting McDonalds off-site.

Great location if visiting both Disneyland and Disney sea. Staff told us they were upgrading us and put us in a room that was definitely a downgrade from what we booked. Went straight back to reception and they switched it back and the room we booked was amazing. Breakfast is good and the facilities are pretty good

We lost a room card and the staff acted like we got a free card but charged us anyway when I checked the account. Be better if they just tell you straight up! Laundromat needs some serious upgrade. Huge hotel with 5 below average washing machines and driers. Multiple people trying to get in there and getting angry as in everyone is trying and the machines barely work. Could easily fit another 2 of each in the area

The hotel is convinently located close to the Disney resort line and also has a free shuttle service to/from Maihama station. Many options to have breakfast though we opted to not have it so i cannot give a review of it. The rooms are spacious for a family consisting of 2x adults 1x 5 yo and 1x 7 yo, complimentary water and coffee/tea in the room and if you need ice theres an ice machine on every floor. The room decor feels abit outdated but doesnt affect the comfort nor the beds. We all slept well. The hotel has many facilities suited for children and adults. Though we never had time to use any of the facilities i will not review it.

We absolutely loved our time at the Sheraton. The room was very clean and modern with included toiletries and basic tea/coffee facilities (no milk). The beds were comfy and clean, we also had a cot for our 1 yr old which she had no issues with. The hotel extras included a pool, a gym, kids play room, arcade, flight simulator and laundry and they were all really awesome, we only wish we could have spent more time enjoying them. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We also made use of the shuttle service to the airport which stopped right at the door. We had buffet breakfast included which had lots of options for all kinds of eaters including children. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family. The view from our room was across the bay and was STUNNING.

The buffet for dinner is very expensive and the other on site option right next to the buffet was expensive and poor quality flavour wise.

Spacious hotel with everything we needed. 4 beds available in our room. Restaurants, bar, old school spacies tables, mini golf (a bit tired), pool, gym, arcade, washing facilities (coin operated and easy to use). Friendly helpful staff. Close to Disney rail station with bus for 30seconds of you were done walking.

Our floor hallways/rooms were a little tired as was mini golf and we were bummed outdoor pool was closed for the season but wind blew the whole time so we wouldn't have used anyway and indoor pool good. Quite expensive but good and lots of staff so worth it.

We had booked 2 standard rooms and got upgraded to park view rooms which was a lovely surprise. It was so close the monorail station that we could hear the chimes of the monorail doors closing! We had a view of the bay, the Toy Story hotel and could see Bayside Station. We used the indoor pool on arrival day and the bar each evening but otherwise we were at the Disney parks. Comfortable beds and lots of storage. The 2 little convenience stores had enough basics for evening snacks or morning pastries.

We would have loved to have used the outdoor pool but by the time we’d checked in at 3pm and got sorted, we would have to pay almost £100 for the remaining hour in the slot so not worth it.

large room spacious, 2 large comfy beds, 2 smaller single beds. no otheer hotels offered this many beds in one room.best sleep we had in Japan.so close to Disney station. shuttle bus too if raining. fantastic disney shops.great breakfast spread. friendly staff in all the eating places.

need more milk substitute options. need to advertise that can take away from main cafe. need to advertise clearly times all restaurants/cafes open , improve the coffee. not told about bus shuttles at check in. we weren't told laundry was broken.you want customers to scan the qr code for hotel info but its much easier to give a pamphlet.2 small mini marts, would be better to have 1 larger one like a Lawson .Tell families what you offer to kids at the hotel at check in.

Good location across the road from the resort monorail station and of course close to Disneyland. Good offering for breakfast, and bag drop facility at the Maihama JR station was really handy. Probably the cheapest option at the Disneyland Resort as well.

Room was a little dated and some of the old tech for lighting didn't work. All the facilities appeared to come with an additional fee (e.g., bag drop, kids centre and the outdoor pool). As you'd expect, there were few food options and they were expensive, unless you found the cheaper cafe hidden away downstairs from the lobby.
