Warmly welcomed. The manager went out of her way to explain how everything worked in our room. She also recommended places for dinner without me having to ask. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped with plates, cutlery, fridge, kettle etc. The bed was really comfortable. Great for an overnight stay. We enjoyed Cooma.

The manager was kind and extremely helpful. Incredibly accommodating. Made our stay easy and stress free. We stayed here to attend a wedding and they made all accommodations for us to collect our key early. Will certainly stay here again. And even just find a reason to do so.

An extra towel or two would have been nice.

Close to town, water pressure was good, air conditioning good, interconnecting rooms for the kids. We stayed overnight at the staff were nice.

The pool - we had to take the cover on and off to swim, it was indoors which is great for all year swimming but a bit hot inside and too much chlorine. Good size though. Pillows were not to my liking but each to their own.

We stay for a night after work , and closer to everything such as restaurants and supermarkets , and the room is clean and the bed is comfortable and also quiet at night , the bathroom is very clean and with big shower head . We will come again , thank you .

There's one chair the leg is not stable on floor , however there's not a big issue .

The staff were fantastic. The spa bath was exactly what we all needed after a full day of driving so great. Room was nice and warm with heater and had electric blankets on both beds. Loved that there was a toaster, kettle and microwave as well as a couple of plates and cups. The pool looked so great 👍 The room itself was quite big with a big tv so we'll equipped.

The spa bath was so amazing but it meant that the shower was a little bit trickier to use. The parking was a bit squishy. Beds weren't the comfiest but after that nice bath we all slept well!

Breakfast was great. Nice to have a breaky before leaving.

Nothing. Staff were most helpful in directing us for dinner. Breakfast was excellent, nice and relaxing. Great quiet spot. I hope we can return someday. Cheers.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and informative, the family room was very clean and a good size for 2 adults and 2 older teens. Beds were super comfortable and the room was warm. The hotel was kept very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The room was warm and cosy and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and the gentleman running the place was friendly and helpful. We also had our own parking spot and it was easy to park. KFC and McDonalds were just across the road. The snow is only 1.5 hours away.

Clearer instructions on how to use the spa. I didn't know how to turn it off and it took me a while to figure out how to access netflix on the T.V I also thought it would have kitchen facilities but it was just a microwave and kettle

Loved the location. Central to the Main Street of town where fast-food chain restaurants are located. The lovely gentleman greeted a warm welcome upon arrival. Loved the little cat visitor!! Very friendly and affectionate. Loved the heated blanket and heater as well as the new bathrooms!!

Bathroom doors (sliding door) is not lockable and the entry door lets the cold air into the room (not fully sealed). The television is poorly located when viewing from bed. Other then that, I personally am satisfied with the stay.

Cleanliness, size of room, owners, bed, undercover parking, plates and cutlery provided as well as the usual cups and spoons.

Room was dark, window very small, not enough bench space, power points hard to access behindmicrowave, badly designed bathroom - well, probably too small to do much with the space - shower head too high and unable to be adjusted. A bit far from town.
