We found our key envelope near the office so check in was easy enough Our room was satisfactory in terms of space and comfort Plenty of hot water for a good shower The motel is well-located, across the road from eateries and a 10 minute stroll to centre of town Overall good value for money and we would stay again

There was no carpet in the room, hard surface finish which is less-than-cosy in the winter months Very dusty floor surface in some less-trodden parts of the room (i.e. the corners, behind chairs & under the beds). Looks like these parts haven't been vacuumed for a couple of months - a quiet word to the cleaning staff will easily solve this!

Accomodation was awesome 👌. Great for 3 friends.. Family of 4. Closer to dining and restaurants with awesome food. Thank you for the bathroom with all shampoos, conditioner and shower gel. The wash sink with hand soap even shaving cream... What an excellent Bathroom for such a trip.. The room was warm and great. I would definitely recommend this lodgement for any family of 4 or friends of 3 or 4 to take and its a 1 hr drive to the snow.. A good distance to stay away from the snow..Also enough space for car park... in front of room... Excellent customer service and experience!

It's was just a short visit but definitely will rebook next year and highly recommend this lodge.

The rooms were on ground level.Beds were comfortable, room was clean and warm.The shower was hot and didn’t run out. I liked having our car park right outside the door.

We were there in winter , the bathroom was cold as the exhaust fan through the window was open to the outside and the cold night air just flowed in, but we could shut the bathroom door., so it didn’t affect the warmth in the rest of the place. A notice said that the restaurant was currently closed, we had wanted to get breakfast before we left.

The room size was great and was great location close to shops. Was perfect location as each day we did a different snow resort and were all about the same distance from here. The kitchen was great to have. Staff very responsive and helpful

Heating could be better for the main bedroom. The water was not hot most nights after about 6pm for a shower as they were having problems with the water heating system but were getting it sorted. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed.

Reception was great, greeted by a male upon arrival, paid and retrieved the keys. Opened up the room to a clean warm room. To be fair it was basic, but expected considering it’s a motel and what we paid. Bed was made and very clean, bathroom and facilities well kept. Honestly only downfall to the room was the size of the TV and that’s just me being picky. It’s great for a couple nights sleep and definitely easily accessible. Right across from McDonalds and several food facilities barely need to drive. Sitting area was sweet for a midnight swing and cup of tea. All in all very clean and great value for money and decent sized spots for parking larger cars. The motel has accommodated each room their spot and plenty of room to take things out of the car.

Amazingly spacious room with all the creature comforts for a family of 5. Very happy with room layout and location. clean and well maintained with ensuite bathroom and second tv for kids.

The doors had a draft when closed. the heating was sufficient to overcome this so not really an issue but for the sake of saving energy might need that fluffy sealing around doorframe to help avoid draft in winter.

Well priced and conveniently located near shops. Easy access and off-street parking right outside the door of the room. Highly visible and easy to recognise once you can see it.

Rooms a little dated and could use a refresh. Lighting could be better. Restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Tuesday. "Redhill" doesn't appear on Google Maps listing it just says "Cooma Motor Inn", leading to some navigation uncertainty.

We booked 2 units. 1 of the unit is big. Kitchen, dining area with sofa, master room cw toilet, and 1 area with 2 single bed. Fit 4 persons! Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, kettle, wine glass, cups, plates, cuttery, oven and hotplate stove. There is dryer just nice to dry our cloth after snow play, just that no washing machine. Heater everywhere kept us warm. Good location!

No! Everything is Good, strongly recommended. The owner pictures in FB has to change! The real is much better than featured.

the room that I booked was suitable for the purpose that I needed. It had a bed, shower and aTV. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The restaurant food was lovely. The proximity to the town centre was also an advantage as you could just walk into town.

the room power points were set away from the Bed and quiet low on the bench area which did not assist in the charging of phones (cable came out the bottom of the adapter) laptops, iPads and all the other things that we need to charge up these days. all in all not a major issue just meant I had to get up to see the time or messages on my phone while it was charging.

The room was more like a unit with a kitchette, with table and lounge. The single beds where also located in a seperate bedroom. The beds where comfortable with prestine linen. The toilet was seperate from the bathroom. The unit was clean and werll p[resnted. Although the location was a little remote from the town centre, shopping, cafes, hotels, clubs where with in walking distance.

The main light could have been brighter in the seperate bedroom.
