The reception staff Arturo, Julio and Mr. Guzman and the young lady all provided excellent tips and customer service. The service staff in the breakfast room was helpful and clean and answered right away questions. Security staff outside were alert and caring helping all the customers on arrival. The plumber came to aid right away and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job every day and my room was orderly and clean.

Overall I do not anything negative that I experienced and would like to come back to this hotel. Thank you.

The hotel was nice, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was so lovely and helpful at all times. The location is also convenient if you're looking to stay in Downtown Cancun since we pretty much walked to all the bars/restaurants in the area.

The soundproofing in the rooms needs to be better. Although the breakfast was different from what I'm used to having in hotels, it was decent and with a lot of variety, but lacking healthy options in my opinion.

The best hotel para stay in Cancun, very close to the principals streets, shoppings (Las Americas, La Plaza, La Isla) Chedraui, and a lot of others, staying in Fairfield you will avoid the intense traffic on the Coco Bongo street called Blvd. Kukulcan, the traffic here some times is heavy and very slow. The location of Fairfiled is good because you can drive to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Holbox, without passing trough this boulevard.

Breakfast was awesome, rooms were simple but clean and nice. Gym was nice but not extensive. It literally is simple and clean. Shower water pressure was great. Good deal for the price.

The restaurant is basically non-existant (but really the taco spots across the street are amazing) so it's fine, and the staff seemed like they had never helped anyone who needs information about how to get around. Don't expect a ton of guidance from the night staff, but they were very nice.

The location is 5 min from Ado main bus station which gives you access to other cities such as Tulum, playa del carmen etc

The breakfast is simple with limited option and or variety if you are staying for a long period

I needed a comfortable hotel to spend the night and the Fairfield met my expectations. Everything was good!

Our AC was set to 19C when we entered the room which was extremely cold. I think it would be best for the hotel to set the temperature to something more reasonable.

Bathroom shower was very weak. And there could have been a good breakfast selection. It’s hard for a vegetarian.

Breakfast was good, but not enough! Or people who was next to us put everything in their plates, and when we tried to get something it was impossible! Not very organized!

We stayed for 9 nights. Very relaxing. Thanks to friendly front desk receptionists, waiter in the restaurant, and housekeeper

It's a pity that no hot water pot in our room

It was a great standard hotel as you would expect with Marriott - clean, luxury, boutique

taking one point away for late breakfast. We were in hurry to go to an excursion but it seemed like the kitchen staff was in no rush, whilst people were waiting for breakfast.
