Super clean space, rooms were comfortable and spacious and close to where we wanted it to be. Great value for the money we paid, as we just needed a place to sleep after our day activities. The pool was huge and clean, it was a great little find!

The mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable, but someone from the staff team managed to find us a couple more comfortable pillows. There isn't a cafeteria at this hotel, that would've made a difference to at least be able to purchase coffee, snacks or even water without crossing the busy intersection. No pool towels are provided either.

Clean, cheapest option for its kind

The neighborhood is terrible. somebody got murdered in the street. the dead body was still there…

Senior manager was affable and helpful, kitchen staff were kind and helpful, good location and pool

Fire alarms need batteries, slow internet only available in the main area. Hot tub not functional. Another guest bothered me, even knocking on my room, but the management handled it gracefully. Excellence of management and staff made up for any problems

We only stayed for one night as we landed in cancun but used the pool in the morning which was fab. Aircon in room was also fab.

Slightly outdated, but not a problem at all as the room was clean, aircon was great and loved the pool. The outside roads of the hotel are a bit less built up but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not a major problem.

Beautiful little hotel outside of the tourist traps of Cancun. Nothing fancy, but everything just worked and was very clean. Great value and location. The only thing bad is it is next to an overpass, but it didn't really effect my sleep. Great place to stay to experience the local flavor. There is a really good little restaurant across the street that makes the best burrito you will ever have !!!

There was no hot water in the room, but with the heat down here it isn't really that big of a deal. No wifi in the rooms...just in the common areas...again...not a big deal considering the great nightly rates.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, warm showers and TV channels in English. Cheap drinks at the reception.

Noise from the busy road but not too bad.

The place was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station and a walking distance from the ferry to the Isla Mujeres.

Simple, unpretentious and with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the WiFi connection in the room was very unstable, so if you need to be keeping up with work things at home, you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise perfectly adequate stay.

Location was great as it was on the outskirts of downtown with many shops and restaurants, and then within walking distance of the beach.

No luggage storage shortly before or shortly after stay. Arrived an hour early and couldn't go out for a walk but instead stayed with luggage in lobby.
