Pleasant Room apartment is a good option for a short stay. It’s not too far from the city center, though there are limited markets and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase food and drinks at the last minute if needed.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and didn’t offer good value for the money. Additionally, the breakfast room tends to get very crowded around 8 AM.

The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette that was very useful to make breakfast before exploring Paris. The staff was very friendly. I liked the machine they had which offered good coffee and hot chocolate. The metro is within 5 minutes which was a plus.

The bathroom seemed not as cleaned and the shower gets very slippery. My partner fell in the shower.

Room was spacious, clean, bed linings were comfortable and warm. We had room with windows to back yard, so there was very quite and no outside noise. Didnt tried pool, it is free to access, but you have to get key from reception. Breakfast are quite enough of selections to choose from. There were all kichenware plus Microwave plus fridge, so making your own food was really possible. Several good stores with almost prepared meals made that possible even easier. Bus "59" station was 20meters from apartment, metro "13" - 7min on foot away, RER N - 7 minutes away. Good reach-ability.

Room was not very warm (outside was 6-10 C). Electric heaters were possible to regulate by our own needs, but bathroom's ventilation left very little change to heat it enough with bathroom separate heater which works really fast, but works with count down counter up to ~7 minutes. After heater turned off ventilation sucked this warmth quite fast.

Clean, comfortable accommodation, 7min walk to the Metro, Supermarkets 3min and 5min walk, good selection of eateries also close by if needed. Exceptional customer service.

Lack of air-conditioning, as apartment was very warm, even with the window open. Staff did supply a fan when requested. Didn't use the indoor swimming pool for the same reason, just too warm an area for me.

Lovely and accomodating Staff. Thank you very much, Edris, and I hope to see you again! The location is great due to the accessibility to the subway station. There is a swimming pool and you can even cook your own food in the hotel apartment.

Breakfast can improve. You can boil your egg as long as you wish though it takes very long if the boiler is not on. It would be great to have some water-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs on the menu. Any other optional warm food on the breakfast menu is a plus.

The neighborhood it’s in is very calm. At least when I was there. Two supermarkets close by, bakeries galore, restaurants, all walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Our room was very well stocked with kitchenware. Unfortunately it was too cold to try out the pool, but it looked like a nice pool.

The shower was different. I can’t blame the hotel for that, but the way the shower was set up was not very ideal. Every time, the water would go past the curtain and reach about halfway within the restroom. It wouldn’t drain very quickly, and it overflowed every time.

Nice located aparthotel. Not far from the Metro station, some restaurants around. Staff is vary friendly, pool is included in price. Breakfast is very good. Aquapark and PSG stadium are in walking distance.

As there is no AC in the room, in the summer with windows open enormous noise starts in the very early morning from the street side when thrash (or similar) trucks start getting over the bumps installed in the street.

I spent 4 days in a studio, the kitchen equiped with everything what's needed to prepare a meal. Very quiet neighbourhood which was wonderful after having spent all days in busy, crowded and noisy Paris. Metro station and bus stops nearby so you can easily reach the centre of Paris, though it takes time. A supermarket and food places within walking distance.

It might be cleaner, sometimes bad smell in the bathroom.

The great value for the money! The location is just a few blocks from the metro with about 30 min ride to most attractions. A good variety of restaurants around, a grocery store behind the building and gas station nearby. A small kitchenette with fridge and free coffee/cappuccino/mineral water in the lobby area for residents which saved us quite a lot for breakfasts. The hotel has a private covered garage for a reasonable fee compared to other hotels, make sure to reserve a spot in advance.

Stained carpet, so make sure to bring your slippers or Crocs. The water in the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly.

We were really surprised that these small rooms included everything you need - including a fully equipped kitchen unit. The rooms were both tidy and, despite having the street in front, quiet enough too sleep well. The personal at the reception was very friendly.

I do not recommend the breakfast. For 12 € you can have a better breakfast if you just buy something in the supermarket and bakeries next by.
