The hotel location is great, within 2/3 minutes from a train station, which became very handy! The water pressure of the shower is great! what becomes something good after walking during your stay and relaxing. The hotel's facilities are great, and widespread around hotels in Japan.

The room is as described VERY SMALL. It may be difficult if you have 2 big cases and 2 small ones around the room, You'll have difficulty walking from the entrance to your bed, it should not be an issue, as its described lol. The breakfast room is small, some days we had to have breakfast in our tinny room, guests were even waiting at reception ( in front of the breakfast room)

The hotel is located close to metro stations in a quieter area of Tokyo. The check-in experience with robots is fun, the (clean) rooms are slightly more spacious than we were used to in Tokyo, and the basic breakfast/drinks served were a good start for an early jampacked city-exploring day.

The neighbourhood of the hotel is not that vibrant, although it's easy to reach other parts of the city with the public transport connections that are accessible closeby. Furthermore, the reception/breakfast area is relatively small. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with a larger group or if you are looking for a hotel with top amnities.

Hotel was clean. Could get keycard for each person. Breakfast was nice everyday. Two nearby stations on different lines made it easier to get places and lots of food spots nearby.

Dryer is capped at 20 minutes per 200yen so it takes forever to dry clothes. The sofa bed in the 3 person room was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are also typically small Japanese hotel rooms so not a lot of luggage space.

Clean, and a really nice location. Room was small but functional, although I got no daylight.

Robots don't work/do anything, and are just a bit creepy in reception. They would do better to get rid of them.

The novelty of the robot staff in this hotel was the main reason I booked it in the first place, but actually I had a lot more interaction with the human staff in the end, who were all very helpful. The hotel is in Ginza and an easy walk to all the high-end shops. The hotel offers free drinks for cocktail "hour" (actually 3 hours!) each night too, which is a welcome treat!

The breakfast was very basic (but it was free at least), and the pillow was not very comfortable unfortunately (plus there was only one pillow on the bed).

We want to thank all the staff at the Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza for their amazing hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really appreciated the help with translating on the telephone. And all the little touches, complimentary personal care items, breakfast, hot drinks, biscuits and alcoholic beverages. Value for money and more. A really luxurious stay.

Everything was perfect.

The property is just 100 meters away from Sintomicho station. The hotel is super clean. The staffs are super helpful. Very healthy breakfast. Apart from complimentary breakfast there is tea and cookies entire day. After 5, till 10 there is free cocktails and snacks. My basket is just below the hotel. There is enough places to buy food and drinks around. In the hotel you can also order fresh pizzas. In the room there are hot water kettles, cloth dryer is also available. Just be careful don’t bring too big bags or too many bags as there will be space crunch.

There should be little more space for bags. But in Japan it’s common. Still it can be manageable. But if you too many bags ask them to give a bigger rooms with twin sharing ones.

Amazing transport wise location and at the same time quiet and central. The breakfast is quite limited, but all I've tasted was very good. Supermarket is next door. Three highlights to mention in the neighbourhood: 1) Traditional 18 dishes breakfast at Tsumugi cafe, 2) Take-away pastries Taiyaki Kanda Daruma Tsukijiten, 3) Fish Market Tsukiji Outer Market

It's impossible to gather downstairs after 22, we traveled as a group of friends and it caused some limitations. Also the hotel doesn't provide a service of luggage delivery, but Yamato Transport sales office is 5-10 minutes walk along with your luggage, and they only accept cash there.

Close to metro station, not a long walk away from Ginza shopping streets. For Tokyo the room size was quite OK, not too small and seemed rather spacious even. On the ground floor there is free water, coffee, ice and some snacks during the day which is really convenient.

We stayed on the second floor and as the window was very close to another building it was hard to tell if it was day or night - so really seemed like a room without a window. We did not stay in the room much but it was still a bit depressing in the morning. There is a washer and a dryer in the hotel but these were a lot pricier than the other hotels we stayed in Japan.

Fantastic location and next to a main Tokyo Metro line. If you plan to stay here, get the unlimited Tokyo Metro Line pass on Klook (like $7), because you will be using the Tokyo Metro a LOT. Staff were nice, rooms were clean. Sitting area in the main lobby of the hotel. Walls were thick so couldn't hear neighbors. Beds were smaller, but okay albeit a little firmer than expected. TV & Bathroom within the room good.

Room was small, but for Tokyo standards still pretty good. Able to actually move around the room. The washing machine and dryer in the lobby need an upgrade though.
