Stylish and comfortable. Everything clean and new. Loved the spa area.

Description online didn’t make it clear (to us) there was a single toilet downstairs and only a shower and sink upstairs. For a property that could sleep 7 people, that could be awkward. The smallest bedroom had no air conditioning which, in a small room in the roof, meant it was hot, especially at night. Our adult, autistic son was in that room so it was a shame a fan couldn’t be provided (we did ask).

We had a 3 roomed apartment with relatively basic cooking facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very modern, everything worked very well and was high spec. The staff went out of their way to make things perfect - for example, the property lent us a drying rack for some clothes. The camp site shop had everything needed on site. The staff helped us book a taxi for an early departure - we were interrailing and connections out weren’t amazing. There were yoga classes included twice a week. There’s a tiny cute spa if you stay in the hotel rather than the camp site. There are 2 very good restaurants on site (very surprising for a hotel, let alone a campsite) where both the food and staff were fantastic. My son can’t eat gluten and the Italian restaurant was able to make all pasta dishes with GF pasta. All food was super fresh.

Nothing! The location was great - although, without a car bus connections to Salzburg are only good to Strobl - then you have to change onto an expensive local bus for 2 stops (and leaving early there was no decent bus connection back to Salzburg). That’s only an issue if you’re not in a car 🚗 One teeny thing - the apartment was really good and modern but could benefit from some hooks on the backs of doors to hang robes on.

The food was excellent, location excellent (right on the lake) and staff friendly.

Our room was a two story, two bedroom condo style room and it was described as air conditioned. Only the upstairs bedroom was air-conditioned which made sleeping in the downstairs bedroom uncomfortable as it was very hot during our stay.

Beautiful place in a perfect location, our vacation was like a dream. we ordered the room named "Atelier" it's a huge room with a panoramic view to the lake.. The room was very clean, the kitchen was very big and functional.with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna room, all open to the dreamy view of the lake and the mountains, the service was beautiful inviting and very personal. they have a lovely pizza bar with extraordinary pizza.. highly highly recommended!!!

We loved the area, the staffs and the place. Breakfast were really nice, and the restaurant. Pizzeria is closed during our stay but we liked the restaurant, specially the spaghetti scoglio, very yum! There aren’t a lot to do during winter around the lake, but we loved ambiance. We would like to come back during summer days. Lake view from our room is really perfect. There’s only one bus stop nearby, around 750m so would be better to bring a car instead.

The location, the breakfast and the decoration in the whole hotel. It is a very cozy place with a wonderful view on the lake and mountains.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable because there is no door so you don’t really have privacy when you are sitting on the toilet.

great hotel with beautiful view on the lake. The rooms are nicely renovated, modern features but the original Austrian style is preserved. Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was plenty and very tasty, lot of things to choose from. The on-site restaurant and the pizzeria are also both very nice. Definitley recommend

The view. Breathtaking.The staff was amazing especially Robert. Wooden finish but just right. Lovely drive to Halstead and Salzburg. Free parking . And did I mention that view :-)❤️

Maybe we missed it but we were not aware that it was an apartment so we're a bit taken a back when we first got in. But the staff especially Robert was extremely helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, one hour max to each attraction on Salzkammergut. The view at the lake and the facilities were incredible. HIAS restaurant is wonderful as well as the main Restaurant. The staff were great and handy.

The bed and the pillow weren't that comfortable.

It was amazing! Beautiful super spacious studio with unbelievable view...all the staff was very kind and helpful, very well equipped kitchen, amazing infrasauna, delicious pizza in the camp pizzeria and the views, that was the best! If you are travelling with younger kids, there is a very nice playground in the camping and another one cca 300 metres close by. You can also buy fresh bread in the camp shop in the morning.
