The Quinta exceeded my expectations, the pictures of the rooms were very nice but it still is much better when you see them in person. The rooms are very spacious and have a full kitchen. The Senhora who showed us to our rooms was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We went for lunch at the restaurant that is located in the premises and the food was very good. I recommend this location for everyone, especially if you are going with a family or a big group, every one of my kids had their own little place with their family, but yet we were near each other to get together in the evening if we so chose. The grandchildren also loved the pool, and the cute little dog Princessa. I would definitely stay there again.

The setting is beautiful, peaceful & quiet. We slept very well. There is a large supermarket a 10 minute walk away. The pool & hot tub is much needed in the summer heat & the perfect place to relax . We were very grateful to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment (I had booked 1 bedroom). The air con worked well & the kitchen had everything you need. We loved the dog. Ponta Delgada is a gorgeous city & the Lagoa natural pools are amazing- 6 euros to get in for a family of 4.

Although it says on Booking.com that an airport transfer is included, it is not. A taxi from the airport is 20 euros. It also says breakfast can be ordered the day before - it can’t be, they don’t serve breakfast. We didn’t sample the restaurant as it was busy with a wedding on the Sunday & closed on the Monday so we didn’t get a chance. You just hire a car, getting a taxi is virtually impossible locally! We got told off for letting the dog out from the pool area but it wasn’t us. A member of staff kept leaving another gate open which the dog escapes through given the opportunity! There is very little info about local services & places to visit.

An amazing location, beautiful grounds, the pods are private and clean and comfortable, the owner is no nice and helpful, he also responds really quickly to any questions, very warm and welcoming atmosphere, there is a gym and a sauna, laundry on site, a pool, so much to see and do, it’s close to the city but very quiet with beautiful gardens. The private pods are like having your own small apartment, they put a bed in the living room for my daughter (very thoughtful and appreciated), the kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and dishes, it would be very easy to prepare meals, the bathroom is large and the master bedroom has a very big comfy bed. We are very impressed and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice location. Spacious room. The staff made up the room and kept it clean every day. Sufficient parking places and there is also a nice restaurant in the premises with very good food. Owner was friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to visit. There is a pool and sauna with extra towels provided.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not close properly, so could have been better.

The owner was very nice.the food was incredible 10/10.. We did wnat to use some facilities like the sauna but were never shown them also the lights outside our window flickering all night on the last night witch kept us awake (scanner lights flickering most likely because of wind moving the branches) beds were extremely comfortable and it was great value for money... Would recommend and would definitely stay again....did I mention the food was incredible....

Great apartment. We had probably one of the best apartments with lots of private outdoor space and privacy. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Spacious studio, comfortable bed. Perfect location to explore the island by car.

Sauna didn’t seem to work when we tried it.

Lovely family hotel. Fantastic restaurant - try the desserts! Very nice staff. Family establishment. We felt right at home. The bungalows we're clean and comfortable. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Although breakfast is not available on site, there are great places for breakfast such as Charlenas a close walk away. There are events going on a couple of times per week, and very occasionally the parking lot was full, but there was zero noise. It is a very quiet, peaceful place. Laundry facilities were easy to access/use.

10s across the board. The property is located in beautiful Lagoa, just a 15 min drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. The facilities were spotless and furnished beyond what might be needed, including a SPA room, a sauna, a gym, up-for-grabs mountain bicycles and more. Everything about the location, the property and the stay itself could not have been better. Thank you so much 😊

Top comfort, very modern, safe parking inside the compound, supermarket within 5 min WALKING distance, friendly hosts, air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, big TV with lots of channels. It even had a laundry machine in the compound. Swimming pool. QUIET. Close to the capital.

The Wifi worked for our Iphones but not for the laptop. (No, there was nothing wrong with the laptop as we could use Wifi in the next apartment. on Terceira) Not a big deal.
