Great location for beach, bars and restaurants. Also only a short walk to the old town.

We were on 6th floor with front sea view.

The layout of the breakfast is in a very small area,and can be very frustrating.Also bear in mind that if you are H/B the evening meal has to be taken next door at the Mitsus Grand. This is a chore,BUT the Grand is a 5 star hotel which is All inclusive,and has its advantages!

The location is very good, you can walk to the old town in 15 minutes. You can swim at Ellis beach. The staff was very attentive, it was very sweet of them to give our son a toy. We got dinner included, Mitsis Petit Palace, which is in the building across from it, is also served, the buffet was quite sufficient and delicious. Thank you for the small treats left in the room.

The biggest misfortune I experienced was that there was a problem with the lampshade cable and I got an electric shock. This is a serious situation. Apart from that, there is no elevator between the 6th and 7th floors, since we were on the last floor, we had to take the stroller up and down one floor. The drain of the bathtub and the hair dryer were weak, it takes forever for the water to drain completely and for the hair to dry completely :)

Wow what a great stay at Mitsi La Vita! This was my second time travelling to Rhodes and I’m so glad I booked this hotel. Great location to food, shops and Ellie beach which is a must go to! All staff were lovely, always smiling and asking if they could be of assistance in any way! To make our holiday even better, one of the staff members Vasiliki was a stand out and went above and beyond for us with her exceptional customer service on a daily basis. We were upgraded to Mitsi’s Grand Hotel which was amazing!! All the team at Mitsis La Vita were great! Will definitely return.

The facility was very clean. The employees were friendly and solution-oriented. The location of the hotel was very nice.

Water pressure was going weak in the evening so water was not reaching the sixth floor. They offered to change my room but the rooms they offered me were smaller and had no balcony. My room was large and had a nice balcony. So instead of changing my room I accepted the water problem. It was nice that the facility tried to solve the problem. I did not experience the water problem in the following days. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast.

Location. The sea view from the room was absolutely unbelievable 😍 👌 The beach was perfect just 20m from the hotel. The sea was clear and beautiful, but a bit cool +20° only. Very friendly staff at the reception.

It was needed to have dinner in hotel Mitsts Petit Palace. We knew that, but queues were irritated.

Every member of staff we encountered were helpful, hard working, friendly & polite. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Our room was exactly as we requested. Location was perfect with the beach and many restaurants etc within walking distance.

It's a pity there aren't shower facilities available for guests leaving late in afternoon. However we were able to stay by pool until our 6pm pick up.

The staff was very warm helpful and welcoming, beginning from the airport staff. They called a taxi for us and made sure we arrived at our hotel brand. The front dest staff were all courteous welcoming and pleasant. The location is beachfront and access to the beach is very convenient from the hotel. It is also centrally located in new town and surrounded by stores, restaurants and everything you need within walking distance. The facilities are clean and cleaning staff are everywhere to make sure everything is sanitized and clean.

Location to Old town and the proximity to the beach. You can walk everywhere in Old Town. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was very clean. Cook to order eggs and crepes were great.

Seaview room was very small. Limited plugs for electronics. No nightstands. Small closet. Seaview was nice in the morning, but late afternoon early evening the sun set directly into the room and the heat was unbearable. The AC could not keep up even with the heavy blinds closed. Did not use pool .. Small and always crowded but since we were across from the beach, not a big issue. Breakfast was decent but hot items not very hot. Noise carries throughout for and between the floors. Crying babies and loud partiers a couple of the days. Noise outside from busy traffic was loud. Area around hotel had a lot of clubs and sex stores, clubs.

The location is amazing. 10-15 min walk to everywhere (port, old town, new town stores). The beach near the hotel is windy but with 5 min walk to the other side of the island there are beautiful beaches. Breakfast is great and served from 7-10:30.
