The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the main attractions of the city (just a 2-minute walk to Ellie Beach and a 15-minute walk to the old town). The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. They always made an effort to solve any issues that arose. My flight was at 10:30 PM, and the hotel staff were accommodating enough to hold our luggage, offered us the chance to take a shower, and allowed us to stay in the lobby until it was time for us to leave.

What I didn't like were the uncomfortable bed and the very large and uncomfortable pillows. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The corners of the room were dirty, and the balcony had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very small, and when you took a shower, everything got wet.

Loved the location and very central. Also arrived in the early hours and Costa assisted me and all the other staff members were very helpful and to be commended. Loved the hotel.

Maybe consider a kettle and coffee or tea in rooms.

We stayed at Stay hotel during our wedding and the staff took such good care of us! There were Prosecco on the room upon arrival, a big mirror in the room and the cleaning ladies made our room beautiful on our wedding day! Really good service, and so lovely people working here! We felt really special on our big day. We have stayed here once before, and the staff was as kind then as they were now, so in our opinion this hotel is a "hidden gem". The staff is always ready to help, service-mindwd and pleasant. Perfect location, in the center of everything but still quiet with a good atmosphere. We will absolutely visit Stay again!

Really nice hotel, located 1 min walk from the main city beach. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is top - you are close to everything but not in the main busy area, where the noizy bars are. Walkind distance to the old city and the harbour is 15 mins. The staff is really welcoming and supportive. We got out room upgraded to sea view and it was amaizing. The restorant is amazing too. The breakfast served is really tasty and we got various options ot choose. We had our lunches in the restorant as well and everything is really well prepared and tasty. Burgers are my favorite and the Greek salad. Not to mention the cocktails - great!

Hotel is in on perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Eli beach ( which could be quite windy) and in the new part of the town with a lot restorants and shops. Also with walkable distance from the old town, some 20 minutes. Rooms are small but nice, well decorated and maintained, with perfect sunrise or sunset at the 5th floor. Beds are very comfortable l, but rather small. In the lobby area is a restaurant and deposit boxes. Staff is very friendly.

Very small bathroom. Menu breakfast, where options like scrambled eggs and avocado on the toast are tasty. But other options quit limited with no possibility to mix, with no options for vegetables, fruits...or something more with main meal

-the staff was super friendly, and was there to assist whenever we needed something -we got room with the sea view, and the sunsets were amazing! -very close to beaches where you can comfortably lay (however, I recommend taking the bus to Falilaki beach) -good location in general - 15min with comfortable walk to the city center - felt safe -we haven't had breakfast included in our stay, but we ended up ordering breakfast every morning from standard menu and no regrets - the meal was super delicious and filling for the whole day -regarding location/establishment/price, this is the deal breaker

Excellent value! Located in an upmarket area of Rhodes' New Town (which in some parts can be quite dreadful), close to the beach (both sides, depending on weather/time of day/preference) and not a long walk from the port or old town. But, importantly, a few blocks away from the frankly trashy parts of the town, making it remarkably quiet. My room's balcony was towards the palm tree lined park in front of the hotel and I even had a partial sea view. Nice surprise! Friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely decorated room. Good wifi. Free welcome drink. If I visit Rhodes again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!

Lack of a small fridge in the room. Walls are thin (but it never really bothered me). Shower water running all over the bathroom floor, requiring a squeegee exercise and barefoot walking after each shower, no matter how brief.

The hotel is in an excellent location just a minutes walk away from a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops nearby and can easily walk to the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always on hand to answer any questions about the local area. The room was lovely, a decent size and great view from the balcony. Had a few drinks in the hotel bar which were very reasonably priced and always great!

Bathroom could do with a bit of renovation, but it was spotlessly clean and spacious. Would be great if the hotel had a little pool or sunbathing terrace.

Best value for price. Great location, near the beaches, shops, bars and not really far from the old town if you like to walk a little. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful with 24/7 front desk. The breakfast included in our room price was delicious with generous portions (you can choose from a menu). They make a great italian style espresso, and lovely fresh orange juice at the bar. We loved the stylish and comfortable lounge area as well, you can just sit outside and chat or read, no one bothers you to buy something at the bar. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean. If you want an all-inclusive stay with pool parties and karaoke nights, this hotel is NOT for you. In all other cases I would highly recommend it :)

The water went everywhere but the sink in the walk-in shower, making the whole bathroom floor wet. If that would ruin your day, choose a different hotel and/or think about your life.

Great location, very close to the main beach (elli beach) and 10min walk to the old town, good air conditioning and comfortable place. The staff were kind, there is water dispenser in each floor, terrace and you can have breakfast at the hotel and order from the menu in case you didn’t check in with breakfast included from advance. We stayed for two nights so we didn’t try the breakfast but it looks good. Very good place for the price.

The shower was opened to the toilet and the water goes all over the bathroom. There is a rug (towel rug) but not enough. When we checked in the information wasn’t enough, they didn’t tell us about the water dispenser, when we asked about the breakfast they told us the price they offer but didn’t mention that we need to order from advance and that we can have beach towels.
