We booked 2 studio apartments for a 5-day stay in Frankfurt for ourselves and our relatives. The apartments were modern, well designed and comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchenette compact bathroom and comfortable bed. The location is excellent. The apartment is near the Schweizer Strasse where there's a supermarket, several bakeries, shops, cafes and restaurants. It's close to public transport, and just a short walk to the alt stadt and the apfelwein district. Laura on reception was lovely and helpful!!

Note that there is no housekeeping and they will try to charge you €15 for a towel change!

I was travelling for work to attend Ambiente show ,arrived early before 0900am there was no access at that time I messaged the hotel and quickly M/S Ute answered and said she was on her way and would check me in ,I had a coffee around the corner and within 45 mins she contacted me to come and check in Excellant. The location via tram 16 to the show and back perfect Very near medium sized supermarket Very quiet Exceptionally clean and secure Great WiFi Friendly reception M/S Ute very helpful anything I asked . Great kitchen

Only CNN in English not an issue because good WiFi It was nice and warm (it's January) in the room good heating ,but in the summer with no AC could be an issue ?? The bed and linen clean and new but the bed firm for me .

We spent a week in June and found everything perfect for our needs. Exceptionally clean; our room overlooked the street and we also had a tiny (most welcome) balcony at the back. The staff were very helpful and always available. It is a short tram ride to the central railway station. Also the local train service will get you into the centre of town in minutes. It is 2 minutes walk to the local shopping street; very handy, lots of lovely cafes and coffee shops, big supermarket also. A lovely opportunity to spend time with locals rather than tourists. We will stay here again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

This is my third stay at Studiohouse. Not only is it in the perfect location for exploring Frankfurt, it’s very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Super close to the metro and shopping in less touristy Sachsenhausen. Live like a local during your stay at Studiohouse.

Great location close to coffee, shops, and food… Close enough to take a walk over to the iron bridge and head over to the old part… Plenty of restaurants around… Really beautifully done building with excellent rooms. The beds were comfortable, beautiful shower and bathroom.

they have a kitchen facility downstairs and a big table, but they don’t seem to be utilizing it at all as a bit of a welcoming experience. The JUR a coffee maker is top-of-the-line, but you’re not allowed to make a coffee downstairs… I think they could make it much more a welcoming area. when you come in, it’s sort of sterile there’s no background music the gigantic big screen TV is not on. It just seems desolate and people to scurry up to their unit where they could probably lounge in the area and sit around and have a glass of wine… It was a bit odd that the space is not used better.

This property was beautiful, immaculately clean, quiet, well-appointed, and perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Communication with the staff was excellent, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger room to accommodate our family (we loved the private outdoor space and ate breakfast out there each morning)! Ute at the front desk was so warm and friendly and helped us coordinate our arrival and departure seamlessly. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Frankfurt!

Honestly, nothing. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish!

The studio was very well located for restaurants, museums, the Christmas market and good transport links. It was well appointed and provided what we needed for a short visit to the city.

The room temperature was rather higher than we would normally choose and there appeared to be no method available for us to control it. We would have preferred to have the choice of more, or larger, pillows. The shower door did not close properly so the bathroom floor got wetter than it should.

The kitchen area is fully equipped, beds are comfortable, area is quiet and safe. The property is very close to subway making transportation very easy.

There is no dishwasher tablets provided. I just stayed 3 nights and I have to buy a whole box of tablets costing me more than EUR10. My coffee is running out and I have to get from my colleague's room. Not sure if more bath towels can be provided if extra is needed since there is no housekeeping.

StudioHouse is a brand new property in sparkling condition. Our Studio really was a 1 bed self contained flat and it had all we needed, with plenty of storage space as well. Wonderful not to have to live out of our suitcases! The kitchen area included a good sized fridge, small dishwasher (plenty for 2), a good range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and cooking pans. There is a laundry in the basement, but we didn't explore that. We met 3 of the staff who were all extremely helpful and informative. The area is perfect - a good range of restaurants and cafes, easy walking o the centre of Frankfurt, and very close to the 'Museum street' where 5 of the main museums in Frankfurt are located - I especially wanted to see the Art museum which does indeed have a stupendous collection well worth taking the time to visit.
