The staff was very friendly and reacting promptly. The room was astonishingly quiet facing the back courtyard. The quarter is normally pretty noisy. I loved the huge tree I was facing.

Sometimes people smoked in the open entrance door and the smoke moved through the staircase/building.

This is like my home because I know the hotel for over 13 years. It is centrally located. The staff is like family to me. Most have been there since I started staying here over a decade ago. So helpful and friendly. They feel very resonsible for the guests and ensure your safety and comfort. They speak excellent English. Rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. Very safe for a lady travelling alone. All required amenities are available. Lovely breakfast suitable for vegetarians like me too. Great wifi connectivity available free. Can strongly recommend.

I like everything about this hotel which keeps me coming back for the last 13 years. If a room is available during my visits to Frankfurt Hotel Apollo is my first choice.

A really good budget hotel. It was near the station, clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty with a reasonable variety. Beds were very comfortable and the shower good.

A kettle in the room would be ideal, but at the price, the hotel was very good value.

Very good breakfast considering the price range. Staff is always there to keep things topped up. Nice shower. Like in any other big city in the wold, these blocks near the central railway station are not the most upscale, but I felt safe walking around even after dark. Not too noisy even on a saturday night with the windows facing the street. Housekeeping cleans the room every day.

Small ants crawling in the bathroom and on all of the beds. They don´t bite, but it´s not very nice living with insects. Only one small elevator. Refrigerator was broken.

The location was excellent - perfect to see museums, the cathedral, the old town, and 2 minutes walk to the train station. There were fabulous ethnic restaurants nearby and the room was wonderful for the price. The staff was exceptional.

My only issue was the firewall on the wifi that prevented me accessing my email account and some websites I was using. Otherwise the connection and speed were great.

Location was perfect for our itinerary, very walkable from Hauptbahnhoff. Room was spacious. Staff were kind.

Wifi was very unreliable. the signal reception was barely reachable in the 4th floor. Breakfast options were very limited.

Facilities are good value for money. It was our family's second stay at this hotel, and we are satisfied.

If one chooses to stay near the main train station and at a busy road, then it implies noise and crowd.

Only a few minutes walk to the railway station. Compact but neat clean room, excellent price/quality relation for a budget hotel that I have used many times over the years. Top internet, good breakfast.
