The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly! Since Baltimore is known for their crabcakes, we asked the receptionist for a recommendation where we should go, and she gave us Mo's Restaurant. (We highly recommend it). The free shuttle service to and from the restaurant was a HUGE perk! The free breakfast in the morning is nice and has many choices you can pick from. The hotel is an easy walk to the Harbor and M&T stadium for the Ravens game. The restaurant inside has a fantastic burger! The service was slow, but there was only 1 waitress that night. We would stay at this hotel again if we ever go back to Baltimore.

The noisy streets of downtown at night. The sirens seemed nonstop. It didn't seem like the area I would walk around to explore at night. The police presence was good, though.

Great location. Front desk staff was very nice and polite.

The valet parking staff was very rushing. I understand we got there at 430pm, a busy time but rushing us to get our stuff following check in with salt down from the ice, was nerve wracking. We were moving as quickly as we could at that time considering all the people coming in and out and checking in. We got back to the hotel at 11. The front desk told us the restaurant attached was open to 1130 for food. When we went in not a single person acknowledged us for over 20mins so we left. And also, the bar tenders seemed to have a huge attitude.

We ended up at the Residence Inn after a last minute reservation snafu and were very happy when the front desk located our reservation. Check-in took a bit longer than hoped, though relatively easy once it was our turn. Studio king room was quite spacious, larger than one bedrooms I've seen back home. Hotel had onsite valet service with mobile app that made calling for the car easy, though a bit pricey at $45/night. Centrally located hotel made for easy commuting, whether it's walking to downtown, waterfront or Inner Harbor, we had several options to get around. Breakfast was tasty, featuring a full spread of breads, cereals, oatmeals and various hot food options. We enjoyed our stay overall

Room and location were quite noisy, there was construction happening til the wee hours of our first night (Thursday) and we could hear the elevator from our room. Definitely not as relaxaing as we hoped Location could be better, many rundown buildings and homeless nearby Fridge noises at night, sounded like someone knocking on our neighbor's door between 12-4am

It was a great location for our "in search of the soft shell blue crabs experience." We liked the hotel's proximity to the Inner Harbor & Lexington Market and the friendly & and helpful staff! Room prices were good. BTW, Water Street Tavern around the corner had the best crab cakes! 🦀

The lack of free parking and the cost to park!! :( The weird elevator that needed your room card to operate... I guess it's for security. It was still weird. It made you aware on your vacation that you had to be careful in Baltimore.

Very nice property. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The QR codes /text message links made paying & tipping a seamless process.

The price of parking was high. The service at the sports bar was not good. My husband was not acknowledged at the bar to order drinks for a long time. We were told our food order was placed but after waiting a while and questioning it we were told we wouldn’t be able to get food. However, I do believe it was after kitchen hours.

The room is very comfortable, mini-apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. It's important for me. The only thing that is frustrating is the large number of deposits that are debited from the card and returned after two weeks. When we change seven to eight hotels per trip, an impressive amount accumulates. Guys, this is not convenient! The only chain of eight hotels that returns money with lightning speed is the Hilton.

The room was very roomy, the full side refrigerator was a nice surprise. The microwave was a huge plus specially when traveling with kids. The family also loved the breakfast. It had a good selection of different options. I also want to congratulate the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It's so refreshing to experience.

The only thing i would say is maybe a few extra blankets and towels in the room and also a big raise to your staff.

The location is great, we attended two concerts at CFG arena and could walk from the hotel. Close to a few restaurants in the area. Staff were friendly and when contacted they responded quickly and met our needs. Its located downtown and you see the police walking around so you feel safe, and it also lets you know to be mindful of your surroundings.

You have to request housekeeping which if you are visiting a new city and exploring the city you forget to do this. Housekeeping should be daily. I also did not like the loud toilet and high price of valet $42 per day.

Room was big , beds were comfortable. Full size fridge with freezer. Sink and 2 burner stove. Also enjoyed the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Food was good and service was great.

No Bacon at breakfast or ham even. Only 2 kinds of sausage which I hate. But the picture of breakfast showed bacon so either change the sign or have bacon. Ham is acceptable.

Valet parking, Front desk morning staff /evening, housekeepers and breakfast bar everyone. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. Valet guys ...were like speedy car in time. Keep up the good work. I will come again. Much respect.

My only problem was the shower was not forceful enough. The breakfast bar i didnt like the eggs.
