The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially as we were travelling with our toddler. Facilities were cosy, clean and well kept. Location is great, just off the motorway on the outskirts of a beautiful little town. A little supermarket 200m away. A great little brewery next door. And the Llamas in the garden were lots of fun and they gave our toddler a Llama t-shirt as a departing gift! Also, breakfast buffet was great.

Nothing really, it was genuinely hard to fault.

The staff were friendly.and welcoming, they interacted with our 3 year old and tried to make our stay as easy as possible. The dinner and breakfast were great! Wine and beer on tap, 24€ for buffet and drinks, kid ate free. Great food. The hotel is big so it is quite quiet too. The pool was spacious and really nice. Breakfast buffet was good, nice eggs and bacon and delicious homemade jam! They gave us some homemade jam as a farewell gift! We will go back!

Breakfast buffet had everything you need. Nothing too fancy, but good for a family hotel. The pool and sauna was very nice to use after a day of skiing. It is only 25 minutes from the Scheffau Ski Lift by car. Very easy to get to and easy to find and park.

The WiFi didn't work in our room.

Very friendly and attentive staff, fantastic buffet breakfast, stunning location (mountains on your doorstep!). One of the many bonuses of this hotel is that it has its own brewery - great beer and wonderful atmosphere. Would love to go back when they have one of their band nights. Don't think about it - just book and you won't regret it. Oh, and look out for the alpacas in the garden! :-)

Great location and wonderful pool/sauna facilities.

I wasn't able to get a meal. Also, despite i asked to prepare a take-away breakfast since I had to leave early, nothing was waiting for me.

Very clean, breakfast & evening buffet was good.

Arrived for breakfast and the two staff just looked at us, then looked away and continued talking to each other. This is my only complaint.

There Was electric car charger on the hotels parking, but there was a card required to start it, but reception did not have it and did not know how to help me.

Good breakfast and diner, and excellent staff.

No family room was available, we had to book two double rooms instead. Not much of a pain, however ;)
