We stayed in a suite and it had plenty of space. The staff are fabulous, the cleaners do an amazing job and are the loveliest ladies. Room is cleaned every day. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the little Nespresso machine and new pods everyday along with fresh water. We have stayed in 4/5 star hotels this year and they lacked a lot of the above. This hotel should be much more than 3 star.

Nothing other than a small fridge in the room would be a great addition and a bin other than the bathroom one - just helpful additions but not a criticism at all. The place is fabulous.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming. The hotel itself is really well presented, clean and comfortable. A ten minute walk in to town along the beach front. Car parking over the road. Lovely breakfast.

The room is advertised as wheelchair accessible. There are rails by the toilet but the shower is not wheel in or accessible for those who use a wheelchair and does not have any rails.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and we loved the place and the location - near the beach and in a lovely area of the town with excellent restaurants such as Kraken. The hotel is very nice, the staff were very friendly and they serve an excellent breakfast.

Very nice room in a quiet position, not far from town center and from the ferry departure pier to Cap Ferret, easy to reach by walk/bike. We easily managed to park the car in the surroundings of the hotel. Very friendly welcome. We managed to found many interesting/valuable informations at the reception. Excellent value for money.

Good location, private balcony, quiet room, great breakfast

Safe locked on arrival. And lock on outside balcony door not working. So no security. No staff to unlock safe, as only receptionist available, so nowhere to put passport. Receptionist was not very helpful

Quietness, comfy bed, good shower, bottles of water provided, decor and friendly staff

Room was clean but didn’t get fully made up every day-e.g bed not always made, cushions left on the floor and towels were very tatty on the edges with loose threads.

discovering that had I booked direct I would have saved about £450, that was a bit galling. Also, being super peeved as I had tried to book directly but the hotels website was a bit micky and wouldn’t let me do the final transaction. ho hum.

Breakfast excellent. Fabulous fresh food - tasty and of the highest standard . Staff were outstanding. Could not have been more helpful . Location very good. Short walking distance to town centre. And 2 minutes from the beach . Bed very comfortable.

Our room was tight on space but it did not take away from our experience. The bed was very comfortable.

It was convenient to the beach and harbor. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The amenities were good (Nespresso machine, all balcony). The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The decor was average and overall a bit expensive.

For us it is so often about the people and the team here were lovely, the welcome was great. The Hotel had a lovely feel to it, well laid out with lots of natural light. It is in a great location, just a few steps from the harbour. Simple room with everything you need and comfortable.

We liked it all.
