the staff was friendly, the hotel has very good location, super close to beach, parking in the street is very difficult in the high season so I advise to buy their daily parking which is affordable, just that the parking goes from 12-12 so the day of departure you need to move your car in middle of day.

I wish we had more and better towels in the bathroom, they were not absorbent and they were not drying. Re parking: I had to move my car early on the day of departure, I was not able to buy another day of parking, the lady said it was reserved, I had to find parking in the streets, it was really impossible, I had to park very far maybe more than 1 km away as the city was extremely busy and there was no parking in the street or anywhere.

Everything, small but very comfy and nicely decorated rooms - ours had a balcony, which was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful - I forgot something the the room and they sent it to me. Great breakfast. Beach around the corner.

The aircondition machine (if that's what it is) outside on the parking lot is quite loud and runs all night. Shouldn't be a problem if you close the windows at night. My husband didn't mind because it is an even sound, but I did and put airplugs in. However, this is a minor drawback in an otherwise very good hotel. We would book again. :)

We had a large suite on the fifth floor, with a balcony with a view on the sea and air conditioning. Everything was elegant, practical and confortable. This delightfull hotel is located in a quiet street very close to Arcachon center and beaches. Very pleasant 1-night stay. I recomment this hotel.

We skipt the breakfast as we prefered to have a cheapest one with a direct view on the sea close by.

The hotel very presentable, maybe 10 - 15 minutes from the center (walking), not very close to the beach. Easy to park the car there. The staff is very nice, I think is the best think about the hotel. Very attentive and kind.

In our room the hair dryer was broken, and in the shower there was a long black hair on the floor, and the shower also smells like urine. When we went to bed - all the room stank. I didn't tell to the staff because it was my birthday and I didn't want to argue with anybody.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The furniture in good shape. The view was okay. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The beach is near. You can reserve a parking space in the parking lot in advance. The restaurant recommendation was good.

The hotel felt a bit overpriced. Unfortunately there was no restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast was good quality but for the price we would have expected something special. If you don't get a parking space on the grund of the hotel you might struggle to find a nearby parking space.

Nice clean design, well up to standard

After booking found out a steep deposit of 500 euro was required. Wanted to reach out be sure offer was bona fide, but impossible to reach owners, in spite of two phone numbers provided. Had to ring Booking to verify, and they also didn’t get back to Booking. Very odd and if I new this I would have booked to have all that hassle.

Clean, bright, lovely outdoor seating, good landscaping. Our small room still had a sweet balcony, a real plus in summer.

Coffee always has to be paid for- this is not a hotel with a coffee machine in the room, at least in ours.

Beautifully decorated hotel, everything spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely relaxed and pleasant atmosphere here.

Room was very small but manageable

Friendly staff and responsive. We had an issue with a shower because the over bath feature had no screen or curtain and water went everywhere. When reported, we were moved to a new room with proper shower immediately. Excellent.

Personal one this. Our beds must have had some form of mattress protector which made me hot during sleeping hours. I am particularly sensitive to this whereas others may not be.

Great location in Arcachon and near the beach! Ability to reserve a parking spot. Liked the style of the room. Roller shutters on the room window.

Very small yet practically arranged room. A little larger would be better. The light from the hall woke me up a few times.
