Great location, located within a few minutes walk to the ski lift. Beautiful, peaceful ski lodge. Comfortable and spacious beds and rooms. Very clean and tidy. Handy to have breakfast offered and it was always delicious and every day was something different being offered. There was another parking right outside. Good selection of free teas and coffee in the lodge. While there is no kitchen, the staff have got plates and cutlery you can use and a microwave and hot water.

Cosy and cute B&B, with a Western-style breakfast served in the communal dining space. The staff were very warm and friendly, welcoming us to the B&B and giving us recommendations for food around town. Fluent in English as well. The room was a decent size and we had a comfortable stay.

For light sleepers, the soundproofing is not great... I could hear the next room's toilet flushing sounds (not loud, but audible). There were some elephant feet stomping up and down the stairs, and some conversation sounds coming from the room if you were just standing outside in the corridor.

From the moment I stepped into this place, the feeling was brilliant. Johnny greeted me with the biggest smile and most gracious welcome ever, and his wife is also a wonderful ambassador. The room was massive with excellent showers and towels and a huge, comfy bed. The room was nicely decorated and even had a wildlife scene on the wall. The common areas of dining, lounge and fireplace were inviting and one could well envisage this being vibing with customers during skiing season. Having a washing machine was handy and it was well away from the rooms for a change, so no one got disturbed. To top it off breakfast was included and Johnny's wife had prepared the ingredients the night before and the morning staff cooked it superbly. This is how a guest house should be, comfy, inviting, practical, clean and well run, as it rates as my favourite accommodation during this holiday to Japan. Thanks 😁

Only staying one night, as I could enjoy this place for a week no worries.

New property, spotlessly clean. As pensions go, this was more of a home setting with a lounge area on the ground floor. Fantastic breakfast. Good amenities in terms of coffee / tea / water dispenser / microwave. Super friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom larger than usual. Shower pressure was good.

A little far off - so might be a little difficult to get to if you don’t have a car. Would be a plus plus if they have a bath facility(!). As they have only one laundry washer / dryer, it could be a challenge when they have more guests staying. Do take note that rooms are all upstairs but staff can help with luggage if required.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was exceptionally cozy and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Additionally, the public areas were inviting and perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or a bite to eat. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Very close to the Kitanomine side of the mountain. Extremely clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Good facilities for snowboarding (dry room etc). Staff very nice. Lovely lounge area with fireplace. They do great western breakfasts. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Furano. Highly recommended.

Only downside was no onsen but the local one (Highland) is great anyways. Would be great to have more of a Japanese breakfast although the breakfasts were super impressive

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, amazing staff, breakfast included. A great ski storage room and separate drying room. Both well kitted out to help you dry things and fix/wax ski’s/ snowboards. Comfortable recreation room with fireplace, massage chair and free tea coffee and hot chocolate!

The pillows! That is all! Everything else was perfect!! Oh and someone stole my daughter’s ski goggles!! But that is not the lodges responsibility… there will always be shady tourists unfortunately. The kind staff offered up their personal goggles for her to use for the day as it was snowing hard.

The perfect spot to stay in Furano. A quick walk to the ski area (though unfortunately uphill - be careful of ice!), comfortable room, communal lounge area to meet other people, great breakfast, really nice staff.

I liked everything about the accommodation, however upper Furano is limited in restaurants and shops for food. Restaurants book out ahead of time, and it's a long walk down the hill to any convenience store (and then back up). But after coming from Niseko I loved the laid back, welcoming feel of Furano.

Wonderful staff. Very cozy and relaxed vibe. Super good ski storage and drying room.

The walls are thin which makes it a bit of a lottery. I had a week of people in the next room coming back and carrying on between 12-3am, every night. Am sure it would not be a problem with considerate people. Some house rules may help.

Everything we needed with thought put into every detail. Homely feel with friendly staff. Breakfast delicious and filling. Common area welcoming with a lit fire, massage chairs and hot drinks perfect for warming up after skiing. Only a couple minutes walk to ski field ticket office and bus stop. Ski storage and drying room. Loved the slippers for using inside. Spacious room with large hanging rack, fridge and room under beds for suitcases. Would go back in a heartbeat.
