Fridge and microwave in the room; we got to check in upon arrival in the AM; friendly staff; pool was a good temperature and not a great distance from my room (or any room, really); pool hours were great; quiet overnight in the hallways and the exterior despite it being near a highway; darkening shades; plenty of space for stuff and multiple outlets to charge stuff; sitting area with small table and couch; the wif-fi was good; bed was comfy; it was all about price point and proximity to where I was going and for that it did not disappoint

The pool had no towels upon arrival but a quick phone call from the pool phone to the front desk rectified that issue; it would be beneficial to have a clock on the wall in the pool area; it is a bit strange to walk past the dining area coming and going from the pool but certainly not a deal breaker; this wasn't an issue for me but the immediate surrounding area is not really much of anything and even the nearest main intersection, if you get there, is underwhelming but this isn't a dislike, this is just a fact; if you pass on the hotel restaurant you will have to drive/be driven to the next happening neighbourhood

The location was so good,

I wanted to extend my stay, but the guy at the front desk asked me to pay another $300 deposit, they have to release the first deposit which will take 5 to 7 days to deposit in my credit cards. I asked him why not just use the first deposit for the extension. He said that the booking was made through a third party (booking.com). People just blamed the system, and we are the ones who created the system. Eventually, I checked out and moved with my wife to another hotel.

ALL staff in the building shared in our excellent experience. Every single employee we met from front desk to room attendants (even just passing them in the hall) to the maintenance cleaning the floors/elevators etc constantly wished as a pleasant day after asking if there was anything we needed. We felt safe and at home. King room was spacious, attractive, clean. Bathroom had 2 modes of beautiful lighting.. obviously brighter but a nice low evening setting that you can leave on to find your way in the dark and not have to blind yourself in the middle of the night to do your business. It was just a nice touch. I would recommend anyone stay there and it will be our new go to in Brampton. Finally the rate was extremely reasonable for a 3 star hotel compared to the other jacked up summer rates in Brampton for crap and filth and stink.

Confused about the dining or restaurant "in hotel" listing. Was there one and was it open? No free breakfast but an "a la carte menu" available for 15.95 per person. We found that pretty steep for a limited option menu and not much food. We just skipped it and got our own coffee early with breakfast sandwiches at Tim Hortons nearby. Also an IHOP not to far. However we knew that coming that breakfast was NOT included and not a deal breaker for us. The room had mini Keurig coffee machine with 3 or 4 complimentary coffee pods and tea pods. So you can bring your favorite coffee and a small half pint cream or milk and put that in the refrigerator also in your room.

The front desk clerk was rude when I was leaving. I had to return the cart, and I had no access from the back. She wanted me to walk around with the cart to the front she wasn't professional with that situation.

The hotel itself was really beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt like we got our money's worth.

The scenery around the hotel is very depressing, all we seen and were surrounded by were industrial/ugly looking buildings. One particular front desk staff was not that pleasant we had a couple of issues with her and we weren't the only ones.

location was good Did have breakfast because I would have to pay more and it wasn't in my budget would suggest better internet as it wasn't the best. Suggest more drinking cups in the room. There were only 2 ( you need one to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth and one for coffee) So that leaves you with no cups for water or wine. Every hotel I stayed at had cups/glasses in the bathroom and the coffee machine. Also, suggest moving the garbage containers closer to the coffee machine not by the desk.

It was a very nice looking building inside and outside! 👍🏾👍🏾

The toilet 🚽 valve was keeping to much noise, you could also hear if the next door neighbor flushed their toilet. I think 🤔 maybe that it a little too much noise from the hallway as people go back and forth.

Clean, all amenities available

A little noisy (some kind of fan or motor? winding up and down all night) and very loud “clicking” noise from room above for about an hour 11PM -midnight. Sounded like someone pacing the tiled entrance flooring in hard soled shoes, kept me awake for a while…

The room was lovely, nice comfortable beds, good shower. Staff was friendly and were happy to help.

Breakfast was OK, my husband and son went out most days. It was farther than we thought from Toronto, like an hour away with traffic, in an industrial zone.

Staff was very nice, especially Shrustti at reception & Seeta at restaurant were very cooperative. I really enjoyed hospitality at next level :) Keep up great job.

Hotel should provide complementary mineral water in the rooms.
