Honestly the staff were lovely I went with my entire family and the staff were ready to help with any adjustments we needed. We stayed for an entire week so got to know the surrounding area very well. I would say the location is amazing with great food options both on the right and left, the city centre only being a 5 minute taxi away and a beautiful mosque right outside. The building itself has a terrace which has impeccable views showing mountains on the right. The receptionist was by far the best. He was always ready to help us book taxis, gave us tips on our stay and had a smile on his face at all times. I would say no one in the property speak English only French and Arabic but that's the same for the whole city. We were able to communicate simply by using Google translate which wasn't difficult. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend everyone stays here.

The customer service was very good, the room was very clean (including the toilet) and the breakfast was good.

Instructions in english need to be provided at the front desk as the staff can only speak french and arabic. They literally cannot speak a word of English so maybe a written sheet of paper on the desk in various languages would help. I had to use google translate for basic information. I was on the top floor which was very good with a viewing area facing the front. Beautiful view of the city. However the wifi was very poor within the room and on that floor. I literally couldn't use the internet in the room and also the tv was very old and not pre-set with any channels. Therefore I had nothing to entertain myself in the room. That needs to be improved. However this hotel is in an excellent location near the Kasbah, Mosque and food/cafes so I would stay here again definitely!

the hosts couldnt speak english and we couldnt speak French. So comms was very difficult. The place was not ready. There was no air con in the place, and they didnt provide any fans. When we landed it was nearly 40'. The kitchen had no utensils and had to ask for all that. Felt like that was being provided for grudgingly. I know it was cheap, but a better attempt should have been made.

We booked a few days at this hotel with my family, where do I start!! Being a hot country we specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning only to go and find the ac unit does not work. We also had a balcony which was basically un-usable as it was constantly filled up with pigeons. The whole apartment smealled of toilet as there is no ventilation in the toilet so our whole time at the apartment we was just smelling the toilet. The toilets and taps was broken, just wobbling around. Non of the staff speak english so was very difficult to communicate.

Nothing. It was really disappointing as soon as we arrived. I booked a family studio and they gave me a room in the 3rd floor without lift. The TV was very old (not flat screen but the cathode one that you don't find anymore on the market). No air-conditioning in a city that is so hot ! I did not accept this so they said they would give me an apartment on the 1st floor as soon as it would be available but with triple the price I reserved on booking.com. I went to look for a hotel and luckily there was one nearby with all facilities and a swimming pool at the same price they wanted to charge me.

Everything. The location is near kasbah Taourirt which is a nice historical site to visit but there are not a lot of activities to do over there. The restaurants and cafes are small and don't have a lot of choice. The nearby berbere market has old articles and they are overpriced.
