Facilities are good overall, most of the staff have nice client service, they have an Airport shuttle so that is very nice.

Our beds were not comfortable at all, their mattress sagged and made really un comfortable to have a good night. Client service was good, my olny complain is the night receptionist, who felt like she wasn't in a good mood or is really serious. It's the second time I stay here but she is always the same.

we arrived from doing some shopping and it was 9:40pm when we stopped by the front desk to see if the restaurant was still opened. Front desk agent said yes it closes at 10pm but even if you walk in at 9:55pm they will still serve you. I proceeded to the restaurant and it was 9:43pm by that time and the server mentioned it was closed already. i informed him the front desk said we could still get service. I could tell the server was bother and told us to take a table and he’s response to us was “ Ok sit down and order fast” my wife was bothered by he’s remark and we got up and left.

Really good service since the moment I made the reservation the manager fulfilled my requests right away and sent a personal message making us feel WELCOMED. Thanks

I wish the windows were doubles in order not to hear the traffic at night . The rest perfect

Super clean and fancy.

The bed was a little stiff and walls are extremely thin can hear everything outside and I was on the 7th floor. There was a wedding going on on ground floor and can hear everything and window was closed.

Clean. No bad smells. FUNCTIONAL. RELIABLE. Friendly. Always extra-mile very helpful staff inside and out. Beautiful and friendly lobby. The restaurant on site is very good. I stayed at Hotel Palacio Azteca once before and had a wonderful time. This trip I reserved a hot tub room at another hotel in Zona Centro (H.A. on Miron between Negrete and Ocampo), but H.A. was so bad that I ran to wonderful Hotel Palacio Azteca instead. Palacio Azteca accommodated me in a pinch. I rely upon Palcio Azteca.

I had to reset the AC unit a couple of times to get it to work right, but that was nothing. I rely upon Palacio Azteca. I know Palacio Azteca would have fixed things up right if the AC was not working.

The location & the friendly staff. The hotel is very nice & well maintained. The lobby area has a very relaxing atmosphere with a small bar with live music.

The breakfast wasn't free. We were told it was, but we got charged. Next time, I'll just go across the street to eat, not a big deal.

Convenient and safe location in the city center. the breakfast was really great especially the omelet/egg grill option. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

The gym was underwhelming and the machines were outdated. Parking was confusing as you have to go through valet but it’s tight getting into the front of the hotel lobby through a turnaround.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, check in was quick and painless .Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. The guest areas as well, very clean and tidy. I really recommend you buy the breakfast package because it is an excellent value for your money, it is a delicious Mexican breakfast buffet and you get omelets made to order, we ate outside in the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. They have valet parking which takes away the hassle of finding a parking spot, and their parking structure made us feel like our car was safe. Check out was a snap as well. We had a great experience overall!

They don't have a jacuzzi.

Easy access to location. Inexpensive for the location and place.

Needs more attention to cleanliness. Shower heads and bathrooms need new fixtures and remodeling. The carpets are old and stained. The other guests are noisy and loud at times.

Nice size room. Television worked great. Very clean and charming

It has an ok kitchen. Not one of Tijuana's outstanding chefs. Same for the bar.
