Rooms were very separate. Felt like apartments more than a b&b. The lovely people who run Armonie were so accommodating and so kind they can also cater to any dietary requirements

The bedroom and the bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast is very nice. The location is really close to Vatican City and other Rome attractions are easy to access with a single bus trip.

The receptionist was not available when we checked in so we had to be moved to other B&B owned by the same owner, although it's still within the same street. The property might be a little hard to find since there's no sign and apparently within a residential building, so the noise can be unpredictable. The entrance door to the B&B is also a bit hard to open with the key (jammed).

Dreas (hope that’s correct spelling) was the staff member who met us at check-in and sorted out the breakfast each day and kept the whole place sparkling clean. He is really friendly and can sort out just about anything for you, he’s an absolute brilliant guy. The whole accommodation is spotlessly clean and you get an ample breakfast each morning that will tide you over til mid afternoon. Location is fine and just close enough to be local to attractions & far enough away from the clamour of the city centre. You cannot go wrong here, it’s reasonably priced & spotlessly clean, after all you’re only here to put your head down, then shower & go again. Highly recommend it, will definitely be back.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The location was great. San Pietro Station is about 5-7 mins walk, slightly hilly but fine. And various bus stops nearby, however buses are not as frequent. Bus 62, which starts and ends at the San Pietro station, is a good way to get to some of the main attractions. The station is left out of the property, and about 5 mins walk straight down. The property is behind the vatican city, 10-15 mins walk. It's just around the corner of a lot of cafes and restaurants. Edriss was great, helpful, and hard working. The breakfast was basic but good enough. The room was large and clean and was cleaned every day. The air conditioning and WiFi were v good.

The shower in the room was unsafe. I almost slipped and could have fallen. It's very small and has sliding doors and is on a higher level, so if you need assistance getting down, it's not easy as there is nothing solid to hold on to and if you made a wrong move, you could easily fall out through the doors. The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The lift is v small, definitely not wheelchair friendly.

Everything was surprising starting from the beginning.. This place is located near Vatican, close to bus stations and minimarkets and surrounded by nice and cosy restaurants. We walked most of the time, but there are several bus lines that leave you almost in front of the B&B. The room was comfortable, warmy and very clean. Cleaning was done every day and towels were changed every 2 days. The breakfast wasn't so various, but we liked it, it was simple and the host made us every day a great coffee and cappuccino. Cheers! They have the possibility to store the luggages if needed. Also the host recommended us some restaurants for New Year's Eve dinner. For sure we will stay here if we will be back in Rome sometime and we recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in a safe area near the city center.

Good location - 10minut walk to Vatican St.Peter square. 15 minutes to Castel Angelo. Good bus connections to city center, bus-stop very close to the apartment. Train station to travel from / to airport also very close - walking distance of 10 minutes - easily with luggage. Some bars and coffee around - some of them very touristic and expensive with terrible coffee on main road, but some in side street very nice with the local personnel and great coffee for 1 eur :). Kitchen seems to be equipped well, but we never used that.

Sliding window don't fit, don't seal properly and it allows noise from outside to enter the room. Fortunately street is very silent during the night, so not a big issue. Missing balcony furniture - literally nothing, just 3 noisy AC units (I assume it applies only to our appt.). I would also expect little better breakfast for the price - literally no vegetables, just buttered bun with slice of ham or cheese + egg. Everyday same thing. Anyway it is a morning time-saver.

It’s close to all attractions… to the Vatican, bus stop station , supermarket , laundry , convenient safe, everything is close to the landmarks. accommodating. Staff. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. It is also well connected to the other main sights in Rome. Room is super clean and there is air-condition, which means a lot during spring/summer in this city. We especially like the host, he is very dedicated to his job and really friendly. He also takes care of the breakfast, and his coffee is the best one we tried in Rome! We definitely recommend this B&B, and would book again here. Vielen Dank!

It was like visiting an Italian relative. It is an apartment with 5 rooms, each with private bathroom. There's a kitchen in the center where every morning we meet other tourists from all over the world. We meet, greet and exchange information about tours. It's like family home, cozy, personal and intimate. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Mr. Armonie came every morning and set up the breakfast and whatever we needed, he was there to help. It's only 7 minute walk to Vatican and 20 minute bus ride to all the major tourist sites, so a great location. Overall very pleasant stay and highly recommend for Roman tour.

It's like a family home, so the walls were pretty thin, but everyone went to sleep after 10pm, so we were able to get good sleep.
