The quiet location, the view of the sun rise from the bedroom in the morning. The hot tub was excellent albeit a bit cool at 32 degrees.

The steps going up were very unsafe without handrails, could easily fall into the hot tub of the neighbours. Unfortunately there's a building site next door and the works were a small bit noisy but in fairness they were aware of the accommodation and weren't there too long during the day

Location, property, place and feel is literally the best you could ask for. And special mention to one of the best host Dimitris one could ask for. The help and guidance he provided throughout our trip is extraordinary. The location is perfect and only 5 minutes walk to the Fira centre, restaurants, breathtaking views, bus station etc

Not much.

We stayed at Altemar Suites for 10 days so we really got to make use of all facilities. We really liked having a hot tub as we were visiting in August and it was very hot. This was perfect to have a little cool down after a day of activities before going for dinner. Alternatively there is also a normal pool but we didn’t use that one. The location was also great as it’s close to lots of restaurants and cafes but it’s still a quiet location.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We even had to postpone our trip for a year but this was no problem and everything worked well.

Absolutely amazing! If I could rate 10+ it’ll be because exceeded our expectations. Starting with the gentle drive who drove us from to airport to the hotel (I forget my phone in the van and he came back to return it) Getting there the most fun and gentle host gave us the greetings at the reception, Dimitri is an amazing host he gave us all the direction and reserved an astounding boat trip which worth every cent. The room is very comfortable, clean and got a good air con. The jacuzzi is something that gives a special touch to the place. Great amenities in the room with water and coffee for free. Nice towels, robe and slippers. And the must important a good and comfortable bed. The surround areas are very quiet even though the location is close to the city centre. We had a nice and quiet sleep. The cleaning ladies are very polite and helpful. We are going to refer this place to our friends and that’s for sure if we plan to comeback we’re gonna stay there Dimitri, thanks so much to make our stay very special

Nothing, it was perfect

The Property is on the opposite side of the Caldera which we liked as it was quiet however still with a nice view over the ocean and only a short stroll to shops and views over the caldera where the crowds were. It is within a short downhill walk to the bus depot where we caught buses to Kamari and Perissa Beaches as well as to Oia to watch the sunset. The private sundeck with jacuzzi provided a nice area in which to relax after a busy day exploring the island. Several car and ATV rental shops are also nearby.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the property. It met our expectations and more.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was 5 minutes from town and although it didn’t have a caldera view, it had a sea view and was away from the crowds which is well appreciated at the end of the day. Relax in your own hot tub which was the perfect cooling temperature, enjoy complimentary espresso and daily water AND the perfect host, Dimitris who was more than happy to share his knowledge of the island. The suite was also very large! If I return in the future I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was perfect, very clean and spotless place - host is very friendly and welcoming, with all great tips for visits around the island. Location is the best, just few mins from the main street with all atractions. Jacuzzi is nice add on to suites, with lot of privacy. There are no turists around taking pictures while you are enjoying in jacuzzi, which is important if you seek for privacy.

Nothing to add, this place managed my expectations and it's even better than on photos. Just a small advice, for a housekeeping team, to keep quiet in the early mornings, as we have heard them talking very loud in the morning and that wake us up, but this is just as friendly advice - other than that, everything was perfect

the room, hot tub and location were fantastic!

our flight was cancelled and we stayed another night, we requested a receipt so we could claim after the holiday, and all emails and requests for the receipt was ignored. left the end of the holiday on a downer and from then knew we wouldn’t be staying there when we came back. very unfortunate as we loved it but the service after we left was very sour!

This property is amazing. The room, the views the host were amazing. I had a room with a hot tub right on my balcony, which was very convenient. The host Dimitri was so accommodating. He scheduled my Flying dress photoshoot, my subset cruise, and even held my luggage before transport back to the airport. This will be my first choice for accommodations when I return to Fira Greece.

Everything was amazing!

I like that the hotel host (Dimitris) is very welcoming and funny. He most definitely assisted us on our holiday in Santorini and I dare say that he will make one of the best host / tour guides in Santorini. He has introduced us to multiple tours during our stay in Santorini which is the most helpful for us. Not to mention that he assisted us to make reservations for restaurants and also taxi bookings. What do we do without him during our stay in Santorini! Seamless check-in, effective and also most welcoming host that we have ever met!

nothing that we didn't like. To be honest, best views and most helpful / friendly / welcoming / effective host + hotel facilities. Truly a gem hidden in Santorini for every tourists looking for a hotel stay.
