It is located 15 min walk time from the waterfront. Right across Lidl and next to parking. What is important, that room windows face inside, into a nice garden, so it is cozy and quiet. We came by train and it took 11 min walking time to reach the place. When I come by car next time, I will come over to the place. Next, the hosts. It is a tiny hotel, so only a few folks running this place. Makes it easier to communicate as they do care about the guests. I had a couple of asks, and both were nicely accommodated (Thank you again!). Just male sure to let them know when you are arriving.

Very friendly staff. Giorgio helped us with a late check in, and with recommendations of things to do and restaurants. There is a parking lot in the building for a fair price. Lidl right in front and walking distance from the city center. Room is ok, with small kitchen sink practical to make coffee.

There was thought in everything, the facilities were very organised and clean. The staff had taken great care into ensuring everything was available, including extra essentials outside the apartment. Everything was clean and definitely worth the money. The man at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone would wants to stay in Como. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre where you can take boat trips or the funicular up to Brunate. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were also amazing! Thank you very much for our stay :)

I liked it all, it was perfect!

The staff (Marta) was super nice and helpful. She gave us directions to the lake and helped us with the ferries. The location is a short walk to the train station and lake with plenty of pretty streets in between. We had a garden with jasmine bush that smelled amazing. We were able leave our luggage there after checkout and got to see picturesque Bellagio.

The size of the suite was just perfect , very spacious!!! the position next to our medical exams , the station and city center was perfect! Great that the shower is very large. You can do the laundry , there's a laundry machine in the bathroom and above all the desk and space for working was perfect ! Also there's 2 separate bedrooms.kitchen and living area great too. We really enjoyed the time spent there !

Great stay, clean room, good air conditioned, easy parking near the hotel. Small and fresh pool in the garden for nice cooling down in this hot summer, i come back at Victoria hotel next travel for sure Higly recomended, Special Thanks to Miss Marta the beatiful receptionist.
