Your front desk ladies were very kind and accommodating. Kayla went out of her way to assist me in several ways. She was the best. Bree was also very helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with these young ladies. Your maintenance man, John, was very helpful and took care of my issues in an efficient and timely manner.

The door to the room is ridiculously heavy. The chair in the room is terribly heavy. The bed is too high for a "vertically challenged" person. It was difficult for me to get on the bed each night and I couldn't sit on it to watch tv. The next time I come to Florida, I'll have to bring my own stool. Also, if you could extend breakfast time to 9 or 9:30 that would be great!

It was a good stay. The woman at the desk when I checked out gave me the biggest smile ever and it lit up my day. I was very comfortable and safe there.

Some of the other guests were a bit rude and there were some people hanging out in front of my room for a bit. But otherwise it was a good stay.

I like the simplicity of the room. The Furniture, The Comfort, tge customer service.

Except that I noticed that he had a door from another room that could open into the room where I was staying. It bothered me a little, I felt like I was sharing the room with the one next to me. It lacked privacy if that was the case.

Location was good, breakfast was nice, inside hotel the noise level on third floor was fine considering there was a Sweet Sixteen Party and A Wedding happening downstairs on a Saturday night. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant.

Our room faced University drive on the third floor and you could hear speeding cars. Maybe heavier curtains to reduce noise ? The bed was very hard and the sheets uncomfortable

Convenient to visit my mother I’m nursing home and then get on Sawgrass to Alligator Alley. Receptionist was prompt, kind and funny. She checked us in quickly and was efficient. Nice lobby, room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. AC was turned on thankfully!

Carpets in hall need thorough cleaning and replacing but I saw earlier where they are trying to get management to do that. Even on the top floor we heard the traffic from busy University Dr and even someone doing their Muslim prayers from downstairs. Also heard someone’s music later at night. Maybe need an upgrade to impact windows so it’s a bit quieter.

The convenience was great lots of shopping and restaurants close by! The. Breakfast was great had lots of options hot and cold, Diana was very attentive to the guests and made sure everyone had things they needed!

The pool hours was disappointing, my daughter didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool , we didn’t get back to our room until after 8 we were down for a cheer competition

The lady how takes care of the breakfast area she was sooooo Excellent and Friendly

My room was clean and 2 of my Tam Went missing and I went to front desk told the agent about it. The message was write down and said it will be hand over to the manager. And then the agent said well we never had a complaint of a maid Ever morning something out a room before. Well we stayed at the hotel 3 days later not even a call from the manager or agent. Internet was ver poor

My family and I stayed here to shelter during Hurricane Milton because it was pet friendly for our cat. The room was big, clean and quiet. You can't beat the price for what you get.

The hotel itself is a little old and outdated but it is clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good

The pool area was very nice, as well as the breakfast area and the staff. Maintenance was there all the time working around the building. Our bath tub wouldn't drain and they were there to fix it in 2 min! Close to lots of food options

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The floors around the vending/ice and laundry area's as well as in the elevators appeared dirty. As well as the carpets in the halls being stained. Possibly clean and just old?!

loved how the front desk lady she looked a little older locks the front doors pass a certain time at night and only way to get in is with a key, felt super safe nowadays you just never know. also loved how everything was pretty much walking distance.

only thing I really didn’t like why have a balcony when you can’t even smoke your cigarettes. I literally had to leave my room and go out by a lake seriously. also front desk lady that first checked us in was a bit rude maybe had a long day.
