A little over priced. Location was great for what I needed to do.

Since the establishment changes linens every two days that was okay. However, some guests did not have their trash picked up and set it by the ice machine. I believe this causes a bug problem as we found one in our bathtub. I alerted the front desk about this. I also let them know that I got ice from the machine and when the ice melted it appeared there was something in it. I picked it out and it looked like the back piece of a roach. I alerted the desk and suggested they clean the machine since it was empty. They did shut it down.

We've used this hotel several times, the location suits our purposes and the staff are great. Every staff member we interacted with, whether it be a maid or the front desk, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel wanted. I went down in the elevator one morning to deposit two large bags of garbage in the outside bins and a maintenance man who happened to be in the elevator insisted on taking them off my hands. Great service!

We had a second floor room overlooking the pool. One night, out of the three we stayed, a very noisy family kept us awake for about an hour swimming and shouting. Not the hotel's fault at all but next time I'd ask for a room not so adjacent to the pool. Shame, as wine on our little verandah looking down at the pool area was nice! The room itself was a little tired in places but hopefully the management will address that soon.

Location; staff friendliness. However; I asked for a room for 3 I was not given the option of 2 queen beds. I was out in a room with the most uncomfortable sofa bed with no cover or sheets. Was not happy about that!

It’s a good value for short stay; a decent hotel.

I really liked everything, I stayed there 7 days, felt at home just like in Canada. I really recommend this hotel, its a little gem. The room was beautiful. confortable and clean. The balcony was enjoyable. The breakasts were awsome, great job chef. Great location 20-25 minutes to Pompano beach, Deerfield beach, Lauderdale-by-the-sea, a few minutes from Seminole Casino. And so much shops, malls, restaurants. Coral Springs is beautiful town and clean, so is the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs. The Pool is fabulous lots of chairs, towels. The staff is simply amazing and friendly, Marilu and company. Wishing you the best success!

Staff was wonderful. Marillu at the bistro was so kind and patient with my daughter who has special needs. Fantastic service!! Front desk was very accommodating- both gentlemen I interacted with were helpful and eager to assist.

Like a lot of hotels, a/c unit was noisy.

the room gave me allergies and the night staff wasn’t as friendly as the morning staff.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. facilities were good. Location ideal. Handy with the Starbucks onsite. Breakfast was good.

Prehaps a little more choice for breakfast.

Location was great! Food was great! Bathroom was great and updated!

The room smelled like smoke. And it was a non smoking room! It needed better lighting, the iron had old burned fabric on it, cleaner sheets also I had 3 people in my room but they only allowed 2 free breakfast. But the staff was understanding and gave us another one.

The room was clean and the location was nice.

The room did not have a microwave. And the toilet was running and making a loud squealing sound my first two nights, and then maintenance fixed it and the noise stopped.
