The King suite was amazing for our family! Spacious and we loved our balcony!

The breakfast lines were long with only one side open. The staff at breakfast and at evening reception seemed to not like crowds. We overheard other groups saying the same thing. It often felt like they wished people would leave. Overall they were never rude - just not pleasant or service oriented. We felt bad ever asking for things like napkins or utensils. It very much felt like only 1 line was used at breakfast for the finance of staff. There needs to be more than 2. Working breakfast and evening reception.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near everything downtown. The breakfast was great. They even had someone making omelets and waffles if you wanted one. The room accommodations were great. Our room was on the 10th floor facing another building so there wasn't much of a view, but we only stayed one night and we weren't too concerned.

The elevators Sucked! This hotel has 30 floors of rooms(and people) that need to go up and down the elevator to go anywhere, whether it be to the pool, restaurants, or to actually get out, but it didn't matter what time of day, there was a 30 minute wait for the elevator At All Times.(ONLY 1 Elevator working) We took the stairs from the 10th floor upon checkout and we do not recommend this!

The pancakes were good. .We stayed on the 21st floor. The room was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay on the property. It was close to our venue. I will definitely stay there again when and if I go back to Nashville. That’s the reason I gave it 10.

The front desk clerk was a little rude or maybe people from the city act differently than where I’m from. I felt like he rolled his eyes at me because I didn’t know I had to use the valet for parking the car. First trip to Nashville but now I know if I return what I will need to do. Staff wise I would give it a 9. Not everyone I encountered was rude.

This property is beautiful, and everything was extremely clean. The king bed was Sooo comfortable one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in. The staff were so professional and helpful. I can’t say enough about Shannon, and Naomi. My husband forgot to bring a few items and the staff were super accommodating. Did I mention the free breakfast, evening cocktails, and awesome location? Outstanding location in the heart of the action you can walk, no need for driving.

The hotel parking was very expensive each day.

Location, cleanliness, amentities

Booking.com told me parking was included but it was not; the check in process should include going over the perks (snacks, drinks, breakfast hours etc.) pool location and hours and parking fees. Single Moms are just as important as the two parent family! Please your train staff on Amex gift cards because upon checking out the hospitality clerk could not figure out how to get it to work and it kept declining and she moved me from register to register and she kept telling me it was declining (six times) with people behind me and it had the amount I told they available. They should have asked for help after the second time. It was embarrassing as people continued to watch it declined each time when there was money on it, customer care is important! I just ended up using cash.

Breakfast options were wonderful, coffee was excellent, the room was big and comfortable, loved being downtown and close to everything

Other guests were extremely obnoxious (we ran into three instances in which guests were wasted and just being absurd, disturbing other guests and us waiting for and on the elevator and at the rooftop lounge and twice I was woken up by separate people partying/screaming/talking loudly on our floor in the middle of the night. We also wanted to try the hotel restaurant, but there was a private party so it was closed off.

Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown was the perfect location for our group. It was within walking distance of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and downtown Broadway. We had a queen, 2 bed suite with Cityview and it was perfect for four people. There were two queen beds plus pullout couch. The room was very big very spacious. Lots of closet space bathroom was big very spacious as well. Unlike a lot of hotels nowadays, the room was cleaned with fresh sheets and towels daily. The daily breakfast buffet, and nightly evening reception that are included in the stay were great.

Breakfast area a bit chaotic and not very clean. I totally understand the volume they cater too but more staff is needed to bus and tidy up the seating areas. Also the buffet area very congested and hard to get to as people exiting plus right near inlet station and waffles. The coffee area was messy and always seemed out of coffee or cups. Also disappointed that there wasn’t real 1/2 and 1/2 and the dairy creamer was out and when we opened it bad/out of date.

From the moment we pulled into valet and checked in staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating, we were able to check in early to one of the rooms for us to change and get ready to experience nashville...we loved the reception for the cocktail hour and refreshments, as well as the breakfast in the morning! I look forward to coming back and utilizing things we just did not have time for

while everything was great, the only downfall was valet at checkout, and I think it just gets chaotic at checkout, too many people leaving at the same time...maybe try to have a better procedure...but again not complaining...

I loved the city and the hotel, for its quality and forniture and overall sensation. I'd loved to stay more in the city to experience its relaxed mood and warm sensations. Would recommend anyone, also with family like me, to choose this beautiful hotel, full of glamour and just one block away from where it all happens here in Nashville!
