From arrival great service Clean room Shower pressure was great Staff friendly. Bed was so comfy

Could not get TV to work as it was late we didn't want to bother manager. It wasn't end of the world. Loud music which was expected as room above Pub, but it died at 11pm, and that was acceptable.

We were in Room 4... on the corner with lots of big windows, sun pouring in and a nice outlook with a small table and 2 chairs. Good shower pressure but somewhere to put shampoo/soap etc would be great. Good supply of coffee/tea/sugar/milk. Very spacious room.

King-size bed was actually 2 beds side by side. Found ourselves rolling into the middle. No fault of the hotel, however, the boom boom music coming from a nearby Club was annoying. Fortunately, it stopped at 11pm.

I was looking for a cheap accommodation option close to where my husband was starting a work project & the Masonic lodge was so much cheaper than anywhere else and did not cost much more than staying at a motor-camp & so I was not expecting much at all. I was totally surprised to have a king-sized bed, a great bathroom, tv, good free Wi-Fi and a great host all for a ridiculously low price - this is great value for money.

We were told when checking in that there would be Karaoke in the Public bar that Saturday evening. It turned out the bar was directly below our bedroom. We could not get to sleep because of the loud music until 11.15 pm when the session ended. When checking in we should have been told about possible noise and offered an alternative room. Disappointing as this is the fourth time we have stayed over past eight or so years and in past all has been perfect.

Kay, is the best! The food is on point and right on the premises, it was delish. The beds and shower...just awesome! Clean and comfy room. Camera's are positioned up and down the street. I wouldn't know if it was noisy from the local pub or street, after a good meal and hot shower, I hit pillow island...and was out like a light.

The room I stayed in was very clean. Everything I needed was included and I found the bed comfortable and the location was quiet. For budget accommodation I was very happy with the room I stayed in.

Ideal location, quiet, spacious rooms, bed was so comfy. Check in great with helpful wahine informing us of directions how to access after hours. Tea, coffee etc in room, lovely shower & nice products to use.

We stayed Saturday night and couldn't get breakfast next morning which was okay as we went and found a cafe open.

Very good seething and so helpful when contacted directly about the booking. We stay here a lot and really like it. Very spacious comfortable rooms.

Location was very good. Very quiet room and comfortable beds.

There is no lift and we had to take luggage up two flights of stairs. Also no cutlery or plates in the room if you want your own breakfast.

Very clean, large modern room, big comfortable bed, great shower.

No teaspoons to make hot drinks. Minor problems with doors not locking, pillow was very flat and uncomfortable.
