Great location, close to downtown as well as some vineyards on the eastern shore of Kelowna, plus at walking distance to shops and restaurants across the street. The suite is spacious and well appointed, and the kitchen facilities are just great for guests who want to make their own breakfast or small meals (with a supermarket nearby). The outdoor pool and the jacuzzi are a bonus for me, though it was cold to jump in at this time. Ample parking just in front of our suites.

The furniture and carpet are a bit dated. But this was minor for us.

It’s casual atmosphere and always like a courtyard pool. Patio tables for each suite were great to sit out for meals and to enjoy the sunshine and to visit with others. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Like a mini condo. Parking is tight but ok. Pool was cleaned in mornings and not too noisy. Lounge chairs were great. Could walk to Groc store and restaurants and the beach. Close to gas station and banks too and liquor store. I will be back

Room was lovely, plenty of space and a balcony. Really nice beach within 10 minute walk and another lovely lake side area without swimming access even closer. Lots of places to eat within walking distant and plenty of shops. About 15 minute drive to down town Kelowna. Staff were all really nice. Great swimming pools too.

Might have been user error but the oven was terrible. Burnt the base of a pizza while the top was still cold

The location was very central and shopping, groceries, fast food, gas stations and family dining were within walking distance. An excellent property for a short stay-put vacation. The unit had all necessary amenities such as cups, plates cutlery, fridge stove coffee maker and microwave. The staff are excellent and very accommodating.

Bring your own bar of soap and shampoo. The soap provided is very small and harsh. Also, request more towels. The bath towels are small and not very absorbent, so if you plan on using the pool you will need to insure that they provide you with at least 8 bath towels daily during your stay.

A very spacious, well equipped and appointed room. The bed was comfortable. The facilities - particularly the indoor and outdoor pools were appreciated. The location in terms of proximity to retail and catering outlets was very good. There was also easy access to several local waterfront points/ beaches.

Very little. The reception staff seemed rather abrupt and slightly dismissive when we initially arrived, but in fairness were fine when we checked out.

We liked the location of the hotel, how clean our rooms were and how accessible the grocery store and restaurants were to us. We also liked it was 40minute walk to the waterfront and we appreciate the amenities the hotel provided, gym, both indoors and outdoors pool and hottub. We liked that we could cook our meals, because we booked a room with a kitchenette which had all the cooking utensils that we needed and we had a sitting area on the deck next to our rooms. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

It is right next to a busy road so it can be noisy from the cars driving by, I had earplugs and that helped with drowning out the noise.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and our rooms. I also liked that wee were close to restaurants and grocery stores. Their amenities, pool, hottubs and pools were in great shape and I liked that they had both an indoor and outdoor pool and hottub. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We could hear the cars on the road and this could be due to where our rooms were, I always travel with my earplugs so the noise didn't bother me as much. I also wish there were earlier summer time hours with accessing the amentities, pool, hottub and gym because 9am feels a little later for me to go for a swim or workout at the gym.

The room was big and spacious. The room was very clean and well maintained. The grounds were well maintained and very presentable. There was no noise from other quests. The room was very quiet. Beds were comfortable . The motel is right across from a strip mall that has all your needs for relaxing with a coffee, or shopping at a drug store or a food store . The Kelowna General Hospital is a short drive away as is the beach and mountain biking in the hills near by.

Swimming pool with hit outside and a hot tub. Also, there are the same inside. Air-conditioned room. All you need for comfortable staying. Nearby the lake and beach. Very beautiful alley for a walk. Nice and quiet place.

Hair on the towel and on the rug, on the floor, on the bath. Just one coffee for two adults. There is no kettle. Only one set of the bath supplies

The hotel had many amenities that we enjoyed such as the pool, hot tub and fitness room. All facilities and our room were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor seating around the property. The location is within walking distance to anything one might need on a stay away from home including the park/beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc.

The fitness room didn't open until 9am which is quite late for those of us who like to work out early and get our day started. The fan in our bathroom was very, very loud.
