the appartments are stylish and spacious it was basically very clean (we found 3 times cockroaches in our food in the kitchen cupboards, that's just a pest, I don't think it really has anything to do with uncleanliness) the windows are very well insulated, even if it is noisy outside, you will find peace and quiet in the apartment fresh towels are provided every 2nd day Aldi and a very good bakery/cafe directly in front of the Aldi are only a few minutes away

- Location few mins from the beach and 1 min from Katmandu park - Warm welcome by the staff, they all are extremely helpful and nice - Breakfasts are awesome with fantastic waiters, amazing start of the day - Full equipped apartment with all necessary devices - Changing of towels and rubbish collection every 2 days

- Some minor things like old cooktop which heats a lot the metal surface of the countertop which is a risk of scald. Would be good to have some soap or shower gel in the bathroom, but not a big issue, otherwise everything is perfect

The relaxing, chill vibes. The quiet pool area & availability of sun beds. The room was spacious and air-conditioning was good. The staff were helpful & the online check in was great. Our room was unavailable to keep on longer on our check out date but the shower room available was very good with a great shower & lot of space and we coukd use the pool & facilities all day. It was great for my family and we would go back.

The only thing I could fault was the pool party on Sunday night, music was a little loud & we hadn't realised it was happening but it did end by 12am and actually went quieter as the night went on.

The pool was absolutely fabulous, as was our flat as we rented the premium apartment. The location was superb, very close to magaluf strip however you ou dont hear the music if you wanted to stay in at night. Aldis across the road was very handy every morning. Very short walk to both Magaluf and Paul a nova beaches

Pool opening hours could be loger, only open ended from 11am to 7pm in peak season, (mid July). Garbage disposal should have been better signposted, as we had to keep our rubbish in the apartment for the whole twelve days. We also had a bit of a problem on the first night, we were given the incorrect room. Our room was not ready for us du to a problem with the bathrooms, so four of us were shoved into an apartment only suitable for two, and adequate remuneration for this inconvenience was not provided.

Inn Mallorca has a fab location, 4 min walk from the beach Magaluf or Palma Nova. 2min walk from bar and restaurant area. Safe environment. It's refurbished and fresh, has private parking ( extra fee) or on street parking around the block. Staff was very helpful, especially at Beach Club ( pool), Francesco looked after all guests and made us feel welcome!!🤩😎 Grazias! Hotel has a very chilled pool area, not too busy but really relaxed. Kids loved swimming there!

Towels were changed every 3 days.

Very fast and easy online check-in. Our room was prepared from 13:00. The staff is super, we have all the support. We had a night flight and the hotel was open for us with all the facilities, we even received set of towels after check-out. The restaurants at the 1 floor are cute, the beach is very close, we had spend some ours in the evenings at the pool, it is clean and not over crowded. Magaluf from this hotel is quiet and safe!

Everything was ok

Rooms were fantastic. Had a kitchen area, so loved having a fridge in such hot weather. Bathroom was lovely with a good shower. Clean, towels every few days. Location was great. Directly across the road from Katmandu, a Tedi and Aldi store. The beach was a 5 minute walk away.

The pool was only open 11am until 7pm. So, at 6.50pm we were kicked out of the pool area. It didn't get dark until at least 9pm so, it seemed unnecessary. Also, if you had been out all day, it would've been nice to have an hour in the pool in the early evening.

Lovely bright spacious apartment. We were in 117 right at the end with a large terrace which was extended at the side so caught the morning sun where as all the rest didn't get sun until midday.

The beds were rock hard! I prefer a firm mattress at home but these were like sleeping on a board with absolutely no give in them at all so hence I woke up with back ache every morning. The sofa which I assume also doubles up as extra beds was the same, very hard and uncomfortable

Good location: 5 minutes walk from the beach, everything else is just near: restaurants, bus stop, supermarked, etc. Good staff, very friendly and helpful. If we missed something at our room, we just asked the staff and we got it. Thank you for this. Special thanks to Claudia. Good swimming pool, for kids it is open until 14:00, but if there are no events, then kids could use it after 14:00 as well. Friendly staff and good food at swimming pool. All needed in the apartment is there, kitchen facilities were enough for us. The beach close to apartments- is great. We ate in the cafe Welcome in the same building as the apartments, the different food there was tasty all 7 days. Just for info: The cleaning is every 2 days, changing of bed linen is once a week. Shampoo and soap are provided in the beginning. Dishwashing liquid, one bottle with drinking water were provided in the room.

Sometimes it was difficult to fall asleep because of live music from the street until 2 a.m. It was easy to hear neighbors in their room.
