Fabulous location. Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff very friendly and competent.

Food was reasonable but not as good as expected. This was the only slight disappointment and meant that we are out more than planned.

Absolutely fabulous location for both Palmanova and Son Matias beaches. Literally step out door of hotel and beaches are either side. Wonderful views from every bedroom. Rooms were compact but were spotlessly clean, modern and functional. Plenty of choice of foods with something different every night. We went half board and found the alcoholic drinks to be very well priced and decent quality wines, beers. Roof top terrace available to VIP which we didn't have but ordinary pool areas were excellent and swimming in sea on doorstep was nicer. Can't wait to return.

Love almost everything except our small shower head,which is a bit tricky to operate, I have to assist my husband with the shower due to some mobility issue and usually the detachable shower head is the most practical way to do it,but the excellent rainfall shower head made up for it ,so we managed for our short stay,but will definitely make sure that it's working properly if we have to stay longer the next time...

Absolutley spotless . Excellent hotel, great facilities. The food is very very good . All staff very helpful. Whole area seemed catered to older British customers, if thats what you are then its perfect for you , single or couples. We had a great time . Very relaxing hotel , right on the beach. Lovely indoor pool. Easy bus service straight from the airport.

The location is amazing! With beautiful views!… so close to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern … ADULTS ONLY

I think the hotel needs to put something in place where they move towels off unused beds after a certain period! … no many beds around the pool and selfish people reserved beds all day they did not use!! … if you didn’t get a bed by 8:30 you would struggle! … this was my only complaint

Location of hotel excellent.Hotel was spotless as were the room corridors lifts and round the pool. Food was of decent quality and plenty for all.Staff very polite and plates removed from table on good time always

My only complaint would be the food was a bit cold at times (especially vegetables for some reason).Yes there is a microwave but I would rather now have use it.

I actually really enjoyed my visit here. I had the half board option that included breakfast & dinner in which both had a huge selection of food available. Place was spotlessly clean & staff were all very good. Also a Great location overlooking the beach & close to all amenities.

The buffet dinners were amazing with a great choice and varied from day to day.

The reception staff were all amazing and attentive always going extra mile to meet my needs. Great birthday surprise was the icing on the cake. I loved the food my room was exceptionally wonderful. They respect customers privacy to the core. It’s clean honestly everything is perfect with this hotel. Managers wow amazing.

Being a coeliac and needing a gluten-free diet, apart from breakfast, there was a very limited choice of food in the dining room. Despite being all inclusive I did have to eat out on several occasions.
