Everything was perfect from the location to the room and breakfast.

We had the check out early in the morning and from the day before we told the receptionist to pack our breakfast to take with us since we had already paid for it and she had no problem. In the morning we found another male receptionist which he told us that he can't give us any accept eggs that were still shelled. We ended up with nothing and he didn't offered a refund!

The room was really nice and clean. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The TV was working we could even cast our phones to it every once in a while and there is a mini fridge as well. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is located next to the metro station and it is very accessible to the city.

The elevator is veery slow, but I guess that’s not an “easy” fix. Other than that the breakfast selection was 90% sweet food. It was just something we were not aware of in Italy, maybe it would be a nice idea to implement some scrambled eggs or similar to the menu.

I had never visited Turin. I selected this hotel based on info provided that stated it was near the city center, which it was not. But other than that, everything else was as expected. I will note----I was surprised to find that many things listed on assorted visitor sites had changed---even though stated as' open', restaurants or even shops were closed and some restaurants had completely changed ownership and type of cuisine. It was very confusing. For example--I decided to go to a local restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was the ONLY one listed for that street. When I walked there (through a slightly 'questionable' area), even my 'map search' stated "You have arrived!"--when there was NO 'trattoria' with the original name yet there was a completely different one in its place AND right next door to an Irish Pub! I realized that the best thing to do is ask the front desk at the hotel for updates as to what has NOT changed!

Though the bus lines are just a short walk from the hotel front door, it had not been explained to me that the system needs a debit/credit/payment card to pay for the ticket AND the 'reader' does not work. I tried to click on it and have it read my card and---no luck. AND, of course, at the next stop, 2 Agents came onboard and asked for tickets. I had none and explained what had happened. They were very helpful in explaining----but still charged me the penalty of 37Euro. Make sure you check with the hotel to confirm the 'hows and whys' of paying for all services.

Staf was extra nice. Treated my familly (who did not speak italian) very well. Absolutely lovely. Breakfast was also very staisfactory, as well as the accomodation. I would say it was a great stay, simple rooms but according to the price so nothing to complain.

All was good. I would recommend having access without stairs, though, for those with low mobility. They did offer the parking entrances for my mom who has a knee problem, but it was way too much. If possible having a stairless entry could be a plus.

From the outsde the hotel appears a little old and rundown. However, inside was lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds.Continental breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to bus stop and Metro. Only one drawback was the window in our room had a privacy film on it and only opened slightly, due to the not so scenic view from it. Therefore, you had to have ac on and had no natural light. Apart from that all good. I would recommend.

The breakfast was very comprehensive and had a lot of options (cured meats/cheeses/breads/pastries/cereals/yogurts/boiled eggs) and it was well stocked. The staff at the reception and the bar/breakfast team was also very friendly and allowed us to look after our bags while the room was getting ready, as we arrived before check in. The rooms were very clean.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but it's a very minor point - we still had a restful sleep.

Clean, close to public transport, facilities are working as promise, staff are friendly, very recommended to stay with, close to restaurants and shops.

The parking , it's too narrow and dangerous, specially for big car like ours. And they asked for all family passport and told us to leave it with the reception , which I found this is not common practise as passport is very important document, if they need to enter information better inform the guess so they can de ide whether to wait or to leave for the passport

The place of the hotel is very good. The staff was very helpful, room was cleaned every day.

Breakfast could have been better, very little choice of fruits, and vegetables did not exist. The room was noisy: you could hear what the neighbours were doing all the time.

I came to Turin for a scientific conference and stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It is a very nice hotel near the city center (20 minutes walk), 5 minutes walk to the river and the main boulevar near it. The room was clean, perfectly furnished with air conditioner, and daily cleaning. The staf were extremely kind and breakfast was quite rich with a variety of choices. I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to come to Turin, for work or for leisure.

We arranged late check-in at 10pm which they were more than happy to accommodate as our flight from Gatwick was early evening. The staff were very friendly and it felt like more of a local hotel which was perfect. You must get breakfast, the choices were to die for. It's a 25-30min walk from central Turin but still walkable, though we notched up near 30,000 steps. A few blocks away from Valentino Park which is beautiful. Highly recommended for price, comfort, safety and breakfast.
