Lovely, traditional hotel set over five floors (there is a lift!). We travelled with friends but were put on different floors, which was a shame, but wasn't a problem. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and available 24/7. They recommended places to eat and booked our return taxi to the airport. Breakfast was great value at 7 Euros - it really set you up for the day with hot/cold choices as well as some lovely home made cakes. Beds were super comfortable.

Although there was a fridge in every room we thought it was rather mean to charge for bottled water. We had planned to use the mini spa, but thought better of it for 25 Euros, which again seemed a little excessive. There were toiletries in the bathrooms, but there was only soap and shampoo in little bottles and, as we'd travelled with just hand luggage, we had to buy conditioner and body lotion for our three night stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Their dedication to providing outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers an atmosphere of comfort. In terms of value for money, this hotel is absolutely worth every penny. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent facilities makes it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a remarkable and enjoyable stay, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Hotel Liberty is always neat, clean and organized by all staff members. I paid 7€ for breakfast, which is affordable. The room I was given had a flat screen television, a little refrigerator with complimentary water, a tea maker, a wooden closet for your clothes. It is conveniently located near Porta Nuova, one of two railway stations in Turin. If you need supplies, there's a grocery store (or mini market) called Express around the corner from the hotel. There are small coffee shops everywhere. Depending on how fast you walk (usually a 20-minute walk), you will find yourself in Turin's Centro (the heart of the city) where there's a Starbucks, restaurants, wine places, a shopping center, department stores, museums and much more for anyone to get lost walking the city streets all day-long. All of the above and more is near Hotel Liberty.

The only thing I didn't like about NOT Hotel Liberty, or the city in general, is Turin's airport which is almost 20 miles away from the hotel. People smoke a lot everywhere you go, so be courteous, wear a mask to block all that smoke being exhaled in your face and walk away discreetly

This is the most delightful hotel I've ever stayed in. My daughter and I arrived very hot and weary from a long journey and were met with such friendliness and concern for our well being. The room felt so luxurious in it's decor, curtains and bed linen. It was air conditioned, had a mini bar with bottled water in, comfy beds, sofa, writing desk, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable sized bathroom. Although this sounds like standard fare it felt really bespoke. We hadn't paid for breakfast on booking but were offered the option still if we wanted. We decided we would and I'm so glad we did, it was such a treat. Beautiful airy breakfast room with an amazing choice of breakfast options presented so enticingly - especially all the lovely sweet loaves and tarts. The staff at every level made you feel like you were their only guest. They happily allowed us to leave our cases at the hotel after check out, as we had a day in Turin before catching the train late afternoon. On our return, to collect our luggage, they arranged a taxi to take us to the station. More than these courtesies though was the interest the staff showed in us, stopping to talk and ask us about our day and recommend places to go and foods to try while we were in Italy. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

There was nothing to dislike

My stay at Liberty Hotel in Torino was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unmatched warmth and professionalism by the staff. What was initially going to be a comfortable stay turned into a truly luxurious experience thanks to not one, but two upgrades that granted me an impressive suite. The suite was simply stunning, with elegant decor, spacious living areas, and every imaginable comfort. From the incredibly comfortable bed to the luxurious bathroom stocked with high-quality amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure an unforgettable stay. In addition to the first-class accommodation, the hotel offers a wide range of services that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel staff also stood out for their friendliness and willingness to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel's location is another highlight, with easy access to Torino’s major attractions and a wealth of nearby restaurants and shops. In summary, my experience at Liberty Hotel was simply exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Torino, where luxury, comfort, and exceptional service come together to create a truly memorable experience.

Breakfast: wan nice, the croissant were really nice, it is a small restaurant with basic breakfast but they were very kind and offer us fresh scrambled eggs and fresh croissants. Carrot cake was amazing. Room: it was very confortable, main bed was really good and extra beds were not so nice, lighting could be better but room and bathroom were very clean. Parking: We were using a Vans and I need to pay an extra cost for parking.

I wa not really satisfied with the lightning of the room, the coffee could have been better (I had a cappuccino).

It is a proper solid old building and a proper hotel* - On a quiet street - a short walk from the railway station/main sights and shorter from the nearest tram line. No frills but everything I needed was provided - even tea making facilities (I am British, bring your own black tea as only herbal tea bags provided). Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby - ask reception for recommendations - I did and was happy with their suggestion. There is a classic Italian Scooter by the stairs - sadly guests do not get to take it for a spin. *I have had it with AirBnB style "managed by a private host"

It was a public holiday week - so I paid a little more than I would usually set for a budget - but I suppose that is commercial reality.

We've stayed here several times already, and it is always our first choice in Turin. The location is fantastic - you can walk to the station (Porta Nuova) in a few minutes and walk to the beautiful shopping area (the never ending antique Turin "portici", the arcades) in 10 minutes. The best historic bakery / cafe in Turin, Pfatisch, is just around the corner. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. It's central, yet the street is quiet. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned in a charming way. Rooms are spotlessly clean, mattresses are new and comfortable, bathrooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean and comfortable. Personnel is friendly and helpful, 24h reception. We usually don't have breakfast at hotels, so we can't say much about that - except that, at 7€, you can't really go wrong. Value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommended over all.

If we must mention something, maybe just the hotel itself and the bathrooms being a bit old fashioned. But really, the hotel is charming because of it, and the bathrooms are absolutely adequate.

Very clean, well maintained, there was always someone at reception desk to give assistance, breakfast was wonderful and all staff were kind, always welcoming people with a smile. This hotel is a totally different experience from any other hotel: you can feel that it is well taken care of and that there is love and dedication into making it a good experience for guests. And.. really good cappuccinos in the morning breakfast :)

Everything was really good

Beautiful oldie world Italian Hotel which adds to its charm. The room was cozy and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The hotel staff treated you like family and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The location is close to the train and trams and within walking distance to some of the places of interest. We Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
