The staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view was impressive, both from the room and the restaurant during breakfast, which was a delicious and authentic Italian. Highly recommend this hotel!

I particularly enjoyed the morning walk beside the lake and the invigorating morning air. It was a serene and peaceful start to the day, and the natural beauty of the surroundings made it truly memorable.

I found the environment quite delightful during our visit. However, I couldn't help but wonder how the experience might change during the summer months. It's always interesting to consider how different seasons can alter the atmosphere and ambiance.

I was there for a business trip. Great to have a walk along the lake, 1 min by foot from the accommodation and an ice-cream at the center, 5 to 10 min walk from the accommodation. The accommodation offers everything you need for a short stay and it is comfortable. Location is fantastic.

Excellent location (a car is better however); very friendly staff and an insane view from the rooms and balcony. Great quality breakfast. Strongly recommended 😀

A nosy restaurant below the hotel but not too late during night.

We didnt need parking in the end. Lovely view, great location by the lake and lovely walks/restaurants etc nearby. Friendly and helpful staff at the the hotel.

Perfect location. Superb lake side accommodation. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast first-class and the cleanliness wonderful.

Need to tidy up balcony both in rooms and public areas. Not a big job but needs some attention to give a wow factor

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful (I had to do a very late check-in and they were able to accommodate this request). The views from the hotel to the lake are incredible.

I truly liked the quality/price of this place. I got a huge place overlooking the lake, with all commodities. Breakfast was fantastic! The place is great for a morning run, as there are paths along the lake that connect with other more interior paths down to Ranco.

Great location, righ on the lake shore. Staff was nice and helpful. No issues related to cleanliness, everything was tidy and clean.

The hotel needs some renovation works. Windows, blinders and some furniture are showing too much wear, and acoustics is not good (a bit too much sound from other rooms and hall).
