Great place to stay on the lake weekend. Gorgeous bad and pillows, super bathroom with bide, I admire wooden floors everywhere, even in the bathroom. Also we had great balcony view on the Maggiore lake. The was some reviews mention that there’s no parking. Can admit it’s not true. The parking is right outside but it’s public and you should pay for it. And it’s absolutely free for the night from 8 pm to 8 am. So I found it very comfortable, because we had the journeys during the day, so had to pay just for the morning hours to have some sleep.

Kitchen you’ll have in the room is absolutely clean- no salt or sugar, tea or coffee. If you need it, take it with you.

The location is great: right by the lake with lake access, a few minutes from Arona, Stresa, etc. by car. The rooms/ apartments are good/ functional for families traveling with young children. We really appreciated that kitchenette/ living room, bathroom and bedroom were all separated. For us what was missing from “great” was that everything is kept quite basic, there’s not a lot of effort but into making rooms very cosy or anything like that and for the price we would have expected a bit more. The staff is absolutely fantastic & very kind. The pool is aged but still really nice.

The location is absolutely breathtaking. Opening up the balcony doors in the morning left you breathless :) As it’s an older building I didn’t expect it to be so well kept and clean. The pool as perfect for my 5 year old as the kiddies pool vas in the main pool so we could all hang out together. The staff was helpful and the pool guy very nice! The main bedroom was a corner room and had balconies in two directions. Waking up with the view of the lake was amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend:)

The balcony is so picturesque, but could only accommodate two small café type chairs so we couldn’t sit out there all together. Although very pricey, I think it worth it!

The view of Lake Maggiore was spectacular. Great location. Everything was very clean. Restaurant was very good. Staff was friendly. The bedroom and one bathroom was up a flight of stairs but easy to climb. 2nd bathroom was on main floor. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed, but a little small. We would stay there again.

About six little kids running and screaming in the hallway at 8 am. Not the fault of the property, it was the fault of the parents not controlling their children. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Couple, traveling by train through Europe. Location: Beautiful location on the lake. Arona/Stresa bus stop outside and a short (but very down hill) walk from the station. You can easily cycle to Arona but the roads arent for the faint hearted at peak hours. Arona has lots of restaurants and bars and worth a day visit if you are staying here. Its only about 5 mins on bus. There is not much to do in the immediate area but that's the point and is very relaxing. Little cucina next door serves snacks, drinks and aperitivo. The shop in town is fine but check its open on the day you arrive if you need groceries. We got the bus to Stresa for the train and it was 3€ each and very easy. Room: We had a small studio with juliet balcony. It was spotless and modern and the kitchen was equipped enough to cook breakfasts/basic pasta dinner. Bed was super comfy and TV had Netflix (to log on to your own). We loved the room. Amemities: We used the bike hire and pool area although the weather was too cold to swim. You can hire towels at reception for 5 euros if you don't have your own. The pool area has some 'premium' spots (the ones with a little table) that are 10€ per day but there are plenty of others that are no charge. The premium ones get the very last of the sun hence the charge I think. You can hire paddle boards etc at the pool for very reasonable prices. We took some drinks and sat in the lovely garden for the early evening. There are mosquitos so make sure to cover up if outside at dusk. This is obviously due to being close to the water and no fault of the accommodation. Staff: Lovely, accommodating and went the extra mile. Check in was simple and the staff explained everything clearly. We asked to hire bikes as we needed to pop to Arona for groceries due to the shop being shut. We were less than an hour so they very kindly waived the fee. Its normally 12€ for 4hrs so still very reasonable and they are Ebikes so min effort required on the hills.

The staff at the reception was very nice, especially Giorgio! The Pool directly at the lake is a big plus, especially for the price, SUPs and Kajaks are rentable. The Hotel has a nice little green area with lawn and seats with a nice overview over the lake. The Standard beach lounger were for free (the better ones not) and absolutely sufficient. The appartement was very clean and of a good standard, with a comfy bed, a big TV and good Wireless LAN. Streaming works perfectly. The balconies are small but with a great sight. Overall it's fantastic for what we payed.

Parking is not included and the public parking next to the hotel can be a bit tricky in the evening (cause there is a bar next to the hotel) and costs like 10 Euros for a day. But we knew that before. So that's no criticism, Just a kind of information.

Very comfortable beds and the location was perfect for us. No trouble parking close by. Large one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony was great.

Our neighbors had a dog that was loose on their balcony. The dog came through the balcony to our side, into our apartment and started barking when it saw my daughter in the bedroom. It scared her a lot. So maybe boarding on the balcony or better instructions for dog owners would be good.

The location is superb and the property is well appointed. The adjacent waterside cafe and bar were great for sundowners and a quick breakfast. The view from our spacious terrace was outstanding. Great staff, particularly George, who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

The 2nd bedroom in our apartment was 'cosy' and one bathroom for 4 adults took some logistical effort. Towel hanging facilities in the bathroom was lacking. Not enough hangars in the wardrobes.

The location and view of the hotel are probably difficult to beat, we loved having a balcony overlooking the lake! With the hotel being right on the road (but without being noisy), it was very easy to get around by car and explore the entire region. The parking lot from the hotel itself was convenient, closed off and right across the road. As we arrived a little later in the evening, we were given instructions for self check in, which were extensive and worked really well. We got to arrive quickly and easily and the next morning got a proper greeting :) We felt very welcome and would love to come back!

Beautyful view. Very Nice room. Meina was the perfect little village. Very charming. People was friendly. We used the Meina trainstation every Day.

Everthing was good. We knew that the pool were closed, but We would have loved to be able to have cold fresh quick deep in Lago Maggiore before breakfast, but there was no access to the Lake From the hotel. We went to Lido di Arona and Lido di Suna instead.
