Location, room size, cleanliness, view of Notre Dame, reception personal, a lot of choices of restaurants, bakery, grocery stores in the area. Very charming hotel with nice decorations

not really did not like, but something to keep in mind You have to walk a stairs to the first floor to get to reception and elevator and it is not 2-3 of it, which might be not easy with luggage; breakfast is very simple - baguettes, croissant, juice, coffee, which is regular for Paris, but other hotels we stayed in had some cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, eggs. But again it is a lot of choices around hotel to have a breakfast, we had in cafe right next door

How different it had a fun Paris feel.

The floor in my room was sloping made me feel dizzy.

We loved the central location of this hotel and stayed in a Seine view room on the 5th floor. This quirky and lovely hotel was the perfect location for a central Paris stay.

Didn’t bother me but there are a lot of stairs to w tee the hotel with your luggage before you reach reception. This may deter the older traveller. Walls are thin and we heard every door closing at night. But like I said small in the scheme of things in this with this great hotel but worth a mention.

The view, the location, the stuff is very helpful and nice. The room get cleaned everyday.

To get to the elevator you need go up the stairs 1 floor, not comfortable with suitcases. I glad that hotel stuff help us. But I prefer it would be mention in description. The bathroom is spacious, but no cover door for shower and all water is out on the floor. The room decor is not everyones cup of tea but is worth the location. Also police car very noisy sound outside every 5 minutes

OMG - best hotel I've stayed at in Paris, and I travel to Paris a lot. The views to the Notre Dame from the room, the neighborhood of great places to eat and drink and sit, the access to the Metro, the staff's willingness to help navigate! Breakfast was offered for a small charge of 10 Euros - it was a typical French Breakfast with croissants and other pastries - well worth the cost!! But if you are looking for a warm, American breakfast - you'll need to head to a restaurant nearby.

NOTHING!!! small rooms but that is normal in the city of Paris - this was a fabulous, unique, old town building very well remodeled and decorated.

Such an amazing location. Staff so welcoming and such a generous breakfast with a stunning view!

It's impossible to fault the location of this hotel - right opposite ND Cathedral. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having read a couple of the slightly negative reviews I would underline the fact that this a quirky, boutique hotel right in the centre of Paris – if you want a huge room in a hotel with no personality then this is not for you. If, on the other hand you want something with the floavour if this great, historic city in a location where you can just step out and experience it all, then book now.

The location of the Hotel is superb - moments away from Notre Dame, great restaurants nearby. The twin room was very small - probably ok as a double, but hardly any room between the beds as a twin. Small bathroom but functional. Breakfast was lovely - lovely delicious selection of bread, croissants, pastries etc, great coffee.

Teabags, sugar, milk etc could be replenished daily with more than 1 English Tea bag!

Perfect location in Paris, close to several Metro lines and buses, and within walking distance to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. Plenty of cafes and bars to chose from close to the hotel, and the cafe downstairs does an amazing espresso. Our room overlooked Notre dame which was an absolute highlight. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms clean and have plenty of room. There is an elevator (large enough for one person and a suitcase) to access the upper floors, however there is only a flight of stairs from the street to reception. Highly recommend - we will stay here again when next in Paris.

The property was a quaint beautiful old hotel. The room & bed were very comfortable and little needs were met like a kettle with instant coffee for mornings. The staff were very accommodating and we had a wonderful stay and we would return.

The toilet was temperamental but we figured it out. Took a couple of flushes to get it to work. The noise from the street might bother some folks. We found it tolerable but there were quite a few sirens.
