Convenient to the metro and the port Safe area - my adult son felt comfortable going for runs in the evening Supermarket nearby Roberta was extremely helpful with check-in and being available for questions during our stay

I am very satisfied with our stay We paid ahead for 9 nights We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper, no dish soap When we asked about new towels and sheets, we were told it would cost 25 Euros I bought toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, laundry clips - I hope that all the leftovers are given to another guest because I would have liked to have been given that stuff

The location of this accommodation is really great. I would like to mention that everything that happened during the stay was resolved immediately and very accommodatingly. The owners and their staff are perfect!!!! Although sometimes I had the feeling that some things could be improved, such as - a dish sponge, a sharp knife... but it doesn't matter that much. I appreciate the attitude of these people much more, they are great and definitely worth visiting this accommodation🩷

Lots of space for a couple! The kitchen and entire apartment was well stocked and comfortable. The apartment was located about 15 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the train out to Pompeii. There’s also a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices. There was no noise from the street which was surprising given its proximity to a major road. We unfortunately had a large family with young children in the room above us that would come in at 11pm and scream/run around until 1am, beginning again fairly early in the morning. It’s hard to say how well it is sound proofed in this situation because they were especially loud but the host was very responsive and reached out to them when I mentioned it. I would definitely book here again if I was in Naples.

The shower was very small and did not have any shelving so it was pretty difficult to pick up products. We also lost hot water after about 3 minutes. Between the shower and the stairs, larger people should probably avoid this apartment - otherwise it was a great find!

Lovely hosts, great location and very affordable. Felt perfectly safe as two young females. The area didn't feel too tourist-y and the locals were really nice. Plenty of authentic places to eat within walking distance. Wi-fi worked well and the hair-dryer was the best we've ever used. The shower is quite pokey but maintains pressure and temperature well.

I didn't mind the bed but my friend who I was travelling with thought it was very uncomfortable. You can't use the light in the bathroom without turning on the extractor fan, which isn't ideal as it is pretty loud. I don't really feel they should say breakfast is included, as I wouldn't consider melba toast, mass-produced longlife croissants and small preserves as substantial enough. There are lots of nice options for affordable breakfast nearby though. It would be great to have a full length mirror somewhere, as there is only a small one in the bathroom. None of the above made much of a difference to how much we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it to anyone looking for a safe base for their Naples visit.

Check in was very comfortable. Marco contacted with us in WhatsApp about exact arriving time and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He explained everything and answered all questions about apartment and the city. It was a bonus to have coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, croissants and jam for breakfast. There is a Conad supermarket very near where you can buy other needed products. Very well situated near all kind of transportation and old town.

Very steep stairs and the smallest shower we have ever seen.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. Our request to change the check in time a few hours before arrival were gladly accepted. He also took time to answer some questions about Naples and guided us on possible trips around and eateries around. Located very close to the Duomo Metro station and Porta Napoli train stations (trains to Pompeii/Sorrento). A cozy little balcony with a sea view.

The apartment was on the fifth floor, so it was a bit tiring to get to with luggage. However, we were already aware of this before we booked.

Host was very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions, tried to help with everything that we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, all facilities worked fine. The apartment is near the city center so we could walk there easily. The sea could be seen from the balcony. 5 minutes from the metro station, 10 minutes from the main railway station, so if you going off town, it's convenient.

Neighborhood is a bit shady, but if to compare with some other neighborhoods in Naples, it was nice. The entrance into the building is very narrow and the stairs are steep so might be a problem for senior people.

Roberta was very friendly and gave us awesome suggestions on where to go and what to do while staying in Naples. the apartment was within a short walking distance of most things and was also very close to the metro

We enjoyed our stay very much and the host was very helpful with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean and there was everything we needed. We also appreciated the location in the city center.

As I mentioned we loved the accommodation but if I have to pick something I would improve, bigger shower would be nice but otherwise it was absolutely ideal for us.

Ideal for what we needed as we were doing a sightseeing trip to Pompei. Stairs are steep but it does say that they are split rooms on different floors if there are four or more people. Clean and spacious. Hosts were excellent and were in contact with us throughout our stay.
