The location to the beach was excellent. It was a short walk which is a bonus with kids. I loved having access to the pool which was kept clean and had plenty of chairs. Also, there are restaurants in walking distance, convenience store and a great ice cream place across the street.

Our room was street side so it was quite noisy. Also, we were on the third floor which had a really bright light on the balcony (only the top floor has them). It was too bright to sit outside at night and we had to hang clothes on one side of the curtain to block the light when we slept. I wish there was an option to turn them off, or maybe have those bright lights turn off after a certain time?

Great location, clean room, amazing pool! Overall great hotel. The hotel is beautifully renovated and features a great outdoor roof deck in addition to the pool. Even though you are right on Long Beach blvd, you do not hear any noise once the glass door is shut. It’s great that the hotel has beach chairs and boogie boards to use for the beach also.

We were one of five couples staying in the hotel, and the lady at the front desk refused to give us checkout past 1130 AM. This is acceptable during a busy summer season when the hotel is full, but when there is no one staying at the hotel I’ve never seen a staff member not be so flexible. For the expensive price you pay I feel that is not right. We were staying with an infant and would’ve greatly appreciated more kindness & flexibility.

I liked the modern-ness of the facility. The staff was helpful when I had trouble with my TV. It was also a nice touch to provide beach badges, beach chairs, and boogie boards to guests.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't very clean at times. It definitely needs to be skimmed regularly. It's also quite unfortunate that there's not an ice machine.

The location is close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, good water pressure in the shower. A refrigerator, microwave and keurig were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no local cable for the tv—only streaming services. There was a single cup keurig for coffee but only artificial sweetener—no creamer or regular sugar.

Clean room. Pool was nice.

Needed to visit the sister hotel for check-inn. Front desk called me but did not send a message. No big deal and we figured it out fast.

The TV in the room was disconnected and we couldn't use it, we went to the pool and there were many seats open to the right of the door when you enter the pool area, There were 3 of us , they were all empty there was a guy sitting on the last chair of six, just sitting there, as we went to put our things on the chair he said "I am saving all six chairs " !!! REALLY !! there should be a sign of NO SAVING CHAIRS unless all the in the party are there !! Or Better yet NO SAVING CHAIRS. Our room was facing the street and parking lot level, if you opened the curtain EVERYONE could see into the room So we came in late on Saturday , had to check in at another location AND we didn't get beach badges. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO GIVE BEACH BADGES WHEN CHECK OUT IS 11 AM and you have to go back to the hotel to hand in the badges, there has to be a better system for people to be able to stay ALL DAY ON THE BEACH USING THE BEACH BADGES
