Great location, right on the beach. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was very clean.

Window air conditioning left the room very humid. The ceiling light was in the far corner of the room so it was hard to get enough light. Window in the bathroom let light in during the night. When booking, it was hard to tell where we would be in the hotel. I paid almost $900 for 2 nights and was expecting much more for this price. The room was big and the bed was great, but no breakfast was included and the sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close (we are young, but I can’t imagine an older couple being able to open it). Also, it was nice to face the ocean but on the first floor you couldn’t even see the water. This should definitely be advertised and shouldn’t be charged the same price for a room with an ocean view.

I loved everything about this location. I look forward to going back next year. Nice room size that was in good condition. Staff was very nice and location to the ocean was great.

Check in took too long. Having it start at one time (4pm) left the 2 man staff have to deal with 15 different families at 4pm. It would be nice if check-in time could somehow be on a sliding scale minimizing the mad rushes to check in and decrease staff displeasure with an inpatient Crowd.

Our second night Melanie upgraded our room from Ocean view to Ocean Front because of the noise abouve us the 1st night. She went above & beyond to improve our stay!

Ocean front hotel in a quiet area, very easy to access and next to a gorgeous beach. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette well-equipped. Staff was super-friendly, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. I also like very much that I was able to bring my dog with me.

The hotel underwent quite a nice renovation on the outside recently, but the inside is in need of work as well. In our room, the sliding door screen to the balcony had a huge hole, and the main door lock did not work properly (we reported this and maintenance personnel was sent immediately to the room).

Staff great, beachfront great, room very clean. The balcony has perfect view plus the owners thought of our privacy when designing them.

I'd like small light by beachwalkway so when I walk at night I o lying use my light on beach. Plus no light where large bush grows by start of walkway. Also would like a broom made available if I stayed over a day r/t sand.

Having beach chairs and towels to borrow was great! Kids were thrilled they also had boogie boards. Was very convenient to be right on the beach and not have a car full of sand!

There's no pool (not a big deal for us since we wanted the ocean) and there was a bit of a wait in the lobby, but staff was very kind.

Clean and walking distance to breakfast/lunch cafe. In room microwave, small refrigerator, and small coffee maker. Fantastic view of ocean. Right on the beach as pictured. Quiet and peaceful place to stay (at least while I was there).

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Location...suite for 5 or 6 people...having a freezer & fridge...option for pet...balcony with chairs facing sunrise over ocean

Someone smoking very nearby the whole time i was trying to pray outdoors on our balcony. Having my van trapped in the parking lot for 30 minutes by your tow truck when i was trying to leave after checkout. Carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Would have preferred a 2 bathroom option for 6 people in a suite.

It’s right on the beach. Rooms are nicely decorated. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and I want to especially thank them for letting us check in early on the day of our arrival. It was greatly appreciated.
