The guys working at the wink mosque street and at wink upper cross are the loveliest people. Thank you guys for being so welcoming and helpful.

The manager was rude the time I had an interaction with him at the other wink cross street. I didn't understand he's answer to something I asked earlier so I asked again. His response "I already told you...." I don't think such response is neither polite nor professional when speaking to a customer. Perhaps he's a good manager but in hospitality he's lacking manners. The staff at both locations though are very polite and helpful people.

The location was great, it's only a few minutes away from D19(Blue Line) MRT station. The room and toilet were clean, and the AC was perfect. For the price, the free breakfast was okay. The coffee and tea, plus the bread toast with various spreads to choose from, were enough to start your day.

Except for the stairs to reach the entrance, everything was great. oh, climbing the 2nd level of the pods was a bit challenging.

Location and the staff. I absolutely love the room.

Have to remove my shoes🤦🏽‍♀️. I do not like walking barefoot.

The breakfast is simple but a nice touch for sure It was very clean at all times And the location is great. The mrt is just 100m away and bus stop as well

1. I don’t understand why females have to pay more than males 2. I’m sure you’ve already seen this the beeping sound of unlocking doors can be quite a nuisance if you’re a light sleeper

It is strategically located at Chinatown, near to MRT Chinatown 'Exit A'. Many food options available nearby and a number of shopping centres nearby. The hostel itself is clean and the size of my room is ok, just did not expect it to be at the top floor. Common areas such as kitchen are also ok and there is a water dispenser machine for you to refill at any time. Staff is also helpful and attentive.

The wifi is sometimes unable to be connected and I have to use my own data at times.

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown and very close to the MRT. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as were the shared facilities. The breakfast was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Clean and comfortable beds, very good location. The bathrooms are also clean. We could leave our luggages there after check out and when we returned we could even use the showers before we left for the airport. Highly recommended!

Great location with easy access to the MRT and a nearby grocery in a mall with a short walk. Comfortable capsule type beds.

The beeping sounds from the door and locker access keypads were perhaps a bit too loud.

The proximity to the Smrt station coming from thr airport and the Chinatown hawker center was a major factor for me. Furthermore the location thru the smrt connected me easily to shopping and sightseeing districts.

None that I can think of. But the wifi reach could use a booster. Sometimes its hard to connect once your inside the room.

overall I enjoyed my stay here. the hostel/ rooms are clean, showers are good, breakfast is simple but still a bonus, decent space for your bags. it’s pretty quiet but you’re still able to meet some people. the location was perfect being in Chinatown and a block away from the metro station (easy to get to from the airport). I wouldn’t say it’s cheap for a hostel but it seems to be the general price in Singapore. I would recommend and definitely stay again

the only negative thing about this hostel is that the beds weren’t the comfiest, my back was pretty sore in the morning.
