Well maintained and very clean hotel at the heart of Chinatown. Great food selections at door step and public train transport within 5min walk. The unit has a washing machine, dryer and walk in wardrobe! It also comes with a window with privacy blind for ventilation. We highly recommend this generously furnished unit for long term stay. Hotel managers Mary, Maica and Lily are very responsive and helpful. Housekeeping deserves 10 star too. Check in procedures are much streamlined and more user-friendly.

We had a fantastic stay in Singapore's Chinatown! The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to cultural sights, delicious street food, and vibrant markets. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Mary, Maica, and Lily were exceptional in their service. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or helping with our travel arrangements, they were always there with a smile. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Singapore. We’ll definitely be back!

Super easy digital check-in process (be aware: you need to download a specific app). The hotel is located super central within Chinatwon and only a few minutes walk from the subway. The staff (especially Mary, Maica and Lili) were exceptional friendly and helpful. There was a WhatsApp Group chat available for all questions 24/7 and Mary was also on site during the day. There is also a possibility to wash laundry for free. If I visit Signapore again, I'll definetly stay at the Heritage Inn again.

Thin walls, you hear noises from other rooms. Due to environmental reasons the room does not get cleaned within a stay of 7 days. There was only a super tiny roof window so not really a lot of natural light (however, this is common in Asia and was already clear when we booked).

Heritage Collections is always my 1st selection if I am making any trip back to Singapore! It's like my home and HC's staff are so friendly & poliet ... they will try their best to meet your request. The rooms are clean and surroundings are very peaceful (pictures attached) In each room there is fridge, microwave and even washing machine & dryer etc. Even you can find iron & iron board for your ironing of clothes if you need...isn't it like home. Thanks & well done HC. Most of Singapore's delicious local food are just within walking distance. (pic attached: Fried carrot cakes with bacon & cheese...hahaha) Don't look around for any others, contact HC and you will never regrets...

The location is the best for a tourist who wants to enjoy eateries and tourist spots around chinatown, raffles place and even Marina Bay area. Also, despite its relatively small size, the room has everything that a tourist would need. Also, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You might be concerned of them having not a concierge that is 24 hours open but when you Whatsapp them, they are very responsive. I had to extend my staying and move my heavy-weighted luggage two times. Each time, the employees (Lily and Mary) moved the luggage for me to the room when there is no elevator! I would recommend this hotel to the visitors, and especially who comes alone.

Excellent communication and service. Especially from Mary, Maica and Lily ambassadors of the room at the property. The location is excellent for all the cheap and delicious Chinatown food nearby.

Stairs here might not be suitable for those with large amounts of luggage. I was also slightly confused with finding the level 4 room number alone but I managed to find it after going to level 3 door and exploring upstairs another level. However there was no sign for this. I assume if I had a representative during their available hours, this would not be an issue. Otherwise, no other complaints!

The standout feature about this place is the helpful staff. Mary, Maica and Carmela as a team Meade sure ever question was answered and even came over to support me take my luggage up to the room. The place is small, studio apartment style with shared laundry. Really well located in Chinatown - close to all the main places. My location was on Smith Street. The other Chinatown location is also close by. I recommend for shorter stays. The place on Smith street does not have an elevator. So, if you have heavy or lot of luggage - important to consider this. It has basic amenities and it’s a good comfortable place to crash while exploring Chinatown.

The location of the hotel was spot on and it was very near the Metro subway so it was very easy to travel around to other places. The hotel is like an apartment so they have all the facilities you will need and it's like staying at a home so everything is very comfy and very easily to access also they have the 24/7 WhatsApp team - Mary, Maica and Lily, that you can always contact. They were very helpful and they message you back very quickly so you don't need to wait long and they are always there to support you and help you with any problems you may have. Before I went to the hotel I was very confused so I asked many questions on the WhatsApp chat and they were very helpful the answer to all my questions patiently and I find that very reassuring knowing that there is someone to help me. About the facilities and the room the room was very comfy it had everything you need and on the TV you can connect to your Netflix and YouTube very easily and the Wi-Fi is very strong so you don't need to worry about having no connections. Also one thing I liked was the laundry service because they are free and they provide the laundry powder for you as well so you don't need to buy it yourself and there's always someone to assist you for example if you need to do your laundry but you also need to head out the stuff can help you make sure your washing is done and then they will put it in the dry cleaning machine for you and if it's finished they will deliver it to your room which was perfect because I didn't need to wait in my room for my laundry to be done before I head out. About the location as well The entrance It's very very Easy to find Because There are two entrance And Each entrance will have a sign To show you which to enter.

The biggest selling point would be the location - situated in the heart of Chinatown, most city exploring spots are most conveniently reached and dining options are abundant. Aside from the great location and comfortable room layout, the support service of the Heritage Collection Team made our stay an excellent experience. Mary, Maica, Lily and their ambassadors were available on WhatsApp 24/7 and assistance for any kind of concern could be expected within minutes. Always super kind and keen to improve any inconvenience as best as possible. For this price you won’t find any better Hotel option in Singapore - book it if you’re lucky enough that they have availability.

Location is perfect as we expected. Facilities in the room were fully equipped especially for the big refrigerator. They provide washing powder, dish soap, and dishwashing sponge in the room which is great for long stay. Even my room is so small, but there's plenty space of table top for put things on. The digital key is also great. We don't need to bring key everywhere. We met hotel staff Ms. Lily twice during our 1 week stay. She's lovely and friendly.
