### Review of Hotel MX Roma I recently stayed at Hotel MX Roma and had an excellent experience. Everything about the stay was worth it. The price was very reasonable, around $280 USD for 4 days and 3 nights, making it an excellent value for the money. Although breakfast was included, we didn’t have the chance to try it as we were out exploring, but it always smelled delicious. The rooms were spacious enough and well-equipped with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, TV, iron, safe box, and they even delivered bottled water during the daily cleaning service. The hotel was quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment after a day out. One of the best aspects of Hotel MX Roma is its location. It is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and parks, situated in a safe neighborhood. This made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local area without any concerns. The front desk staff were a highlight of our stay. Some of them spoke English fluently, and others had enough knowledge to assist with check-in. They were all incredibly sweet and professional, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of. Additionally, if you arrive before the check-in time, a staff member will gladly store your luggage until your room is ready, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel MX Roma provided an exceptional stay with great value, comfort, and service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The location was excellent for its proximity to public transport, small restaurants and cafes, and small parks to walk around. The room had a full sized bed with a convenient USB connection for charging electronics. It was hidden behind pillows closest to the wall and had a connection for ethernet cable. The room did have netflix, so I fell asleep comfortably. Breakfast was awesome it consists of eggs, a side of veggies, refried beans, an entrée of the day, cereal, toast, slices of ham, and cheese.

Would've been nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace. I did see one night that it was closed due to a private event. The zen garden was also closed, but I would always try before 7 am. to enter.

The location is great.

It is more of a hostel style and I lived on the first floor which got quite noisy at night.

The room was pretty clean. The location IS PERFECT !

The staff told us to lower our voices at 10pm in the lobby. We are adults, we were speaking in a moderate level. Then, in a second, the night guard asked us again to lower more the voice. I got mad and I told him that in the hotel policy do not required any silent after 10pm. It does says: “We do not guarantee noise free hotel.” They start telling us that a lady was complaining about us, and we never saw a lady or even heard a call from a guest room complaining about anything, just lies. They never did not know how to respond accordingly to their policy. They never told us anything again in the stay after that night. The cooler for the beer is damaged, everything is HOT AS HELL, and they do still sell that.

We loved the location in Roma Norte. Many high-end restaurants are nearby. The breakfast was more than what we expected for a continental breakfast. We also liked the hotel's colorful interior.

They provided only two towels for a family of four. When I approached the front desk for two more towels, they said one towel per bed. Luckily, my husband brought a travel towel, and I used a handkerchief to dry myself!

Location is great, right in the heart of Roma and walkable to so many great bars, restaurants, shops, parks, museums, etc. Wifi was strong which was good because I had to work the Friday I was there and there was a work space in the room and also the common areas which is great these days with people working remotely more often. Free breakfast was nice. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows were comfy.

The buffet was slightly chaotic in the morning. I think there was a large group when we were there and they didn’t clean up their dishes after they left the table (which I believe is common sense but apparently not to everyone), so some of the tables were dirty when we got down to the buffet before staff had a chance to clean. Food was standard but we were appreciative to have the option, as eating out for every meal in Roma can get pricey.

Good breakfast selection. The location is OUTSTANDING, so easy to walk to so many choices in the surrounding blocks. Check in and out was super easy. The staff was friendly. The upper level gym and rooftop patio were terrific to work out and relax in. It's a small hotel, so there's a lot of privacy.

Occasional sounds got through the room walls and a hand towel is not provided. Otherwise, awesome hotel stay. Those are relatively minor.

Location is perfect, nice style and spacious room, air conditioning, clean bed, safety deposit box, storage room for early arrival and departure. Breakfast is alright too.

My shower took 15 min to warm up. At first I thought I didn't have hot water, but since I was at the end of the hall, apparently it was harder to get the hot water there. Some of the staff were really helpful and some other were just standing there when asked questions, not knowing answers and always refering me to the same two guys. I am fluent in both English and Spanish so language was not an issue.

Fairly modern, compact but perfect for a quick city trip and a place to lay your head at night. Comfy beds Breakfast is satisfactory, nachos refried beans and eggs, couple of cereals and some ham and cheese and fruit. Random concoction but will fill a gap in the morning! Location is fantastic and a cute roof terrace for easy casual evenings

Gym opens very late at 9am so didn’t use, probably could access sooner as there was no door but didn’t want to disturb anyone. Shower/bathroom a bit sad looking and dingy and the water flow was poor

MX Roma truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and modern, there was lots of storage space and many comforts of home that one misses while traveling. The hotel was able to create many nooks in the room where one could relax, eat or work. I truly appreciated the small stow-able dining table, this was helpful for my partner and I to share a nice meal together.

The outlets were okay quality, the left side outlets didnt all work.
