Amazing location in heart of St Julian! Hostel has an amazing colorful vibe and great rooftop. Nice and kind receptionists helped me with recommendations and everything else. Room with balcony is spacious, bed is comfortable, you have your private locker and sheets. Wifi is good. Bathroom and kitchen are nice and clean. I would like to stay here again.

AC was cooling the whole room and it was a little bit chilly. My bed was under the AC and I was cold at night so hostel team provided the blanket which I appreciate.

Absolutely loved the people- the staff throughout the hostel were really friendly and helpful, and the other guests are also typically young solo travellers looking to make friends and have fun. Regular nightly events on the rooftop also made it easy to make friends with other travellers. I appreciated also having my own personal space in the hostel- each bed is relatively spacious and equipped with a curtain, shelf, light, plug, and luggage locker. There is also a kitchen upstairs with space to keep personal groceries for longer stays.

The rooms can get hot- the air-conditioning is on during the night from 9pm-10am but otherwise there isn't a cool area to work in during the day. The locks also sometimes did not work properly, but the staff were always on hand to assist. As with most places in Malta, there was no drinking water available, although water could be easily purchased from the bar or supermarket.

The property was really clean and full equipped and the bed was comfortable , the stuff were very nice and professional, amazing location and close the everything, the night parties ever night were so cool and fun , and great way to meet amazing people from all of the world if you are solo traveler

I like everything about the property and it was amazing time , i just wish for myself for it to be cheaper a bit as 28 Euro was nice price but not it can be cheaper… also at the time i went it was a bit hot and i wish that the AC was not active only at night but all the time because it was hard to take a nap in the middle of the day

A party hostel in a party island! Do not miss the word PARTY like I did. I did not really regret it, though. I met some unique characters here. These monsters were at it every night. The DJ dropping some cool house tunes. Place would get a little crazy every night of the week. But there was Yaseer keeping it all together - a superstar at the reception. Everyone at reception was pretty cool, including the bouncer. Housekeeping were doing a great job. The most polite and helpful housekeeping I've ever seen! Better than lots of 5-star hotels (yeah, I've been around). Go for a visit, party a little. You'll sleep when your back home!

The property is a bit old and it needs some investment.

The environment on it was amazing, especially the rooftop, it had a really social environment and events every night. Patty was amazing on the tour to the blue lagoon and always amazing while on the hostel. The rest of the employees were amazing and real patient with everybody especially at the rooftop bar even accepting music suggestions! The AC in the room worked amazingly!!!!

The window blind on the room was permanently closed, the thing to open it was broken off meaning it was permanent dark room. There was little to no enforcement on the rowdiness of the people coming back from a night out. There was screaming and shouting on the corridors and stairways, clearly heard on the rooms since ints a pretty old building.

Amazing rooftop terrace with bar, super easy to meet people and chill out! Rooms were spacious and clean, we stayed in a private room and got our bed made everyday with fresh towels and found it rare but GREAT for a hostel. This is my second time back here and I would stay here again any time I come back to Malta!

One of the showers was under maintenance for 6/9 days of our stay, however, we did see maintenance guys looking at it getting ready to fix it. There were also other showers available so it wasn’t a huge deal

- Location - right in the middle of the action in St Julian, so ideal for exploring that side of town - Beds/sleeping space - comfortable beds, larger than usual single size, spacious locker space for storing clothes, plugs and light in the bed cubicle, block-out curtains to the bed. Each room has a sink, which is handy - Facilities - Nice rooftop area and bar with pool table. Ideal for meeting people as DJ is on every night until 3am - Staff - Friendly, attentive, and really keen to help with queries - Cleanliness - Staff deep cleans all corners every morning

- Showers - only 3 showers per floor. One was out of order for a couple of days, and a second one had the hose broken - Coffee/drinks machine - only takes coins, which weren't always easy to get. Could do with having at least a coin machine to use for these

This was a really fun place to stay while in St Julians for a couple of nights. Firstly, the staff were exceptional, super friendly and helpful. The place has a very relaxed but also community vibe to it, so better suited to young people, but def saw a range of ages staying whilst we were there. It is a tall building but there is a lift which is huge if you are lazy like we were. The bunks were surprisingly cosy because they kind of feel like they're set into a wall, and there are curtains for privacy. The keys to access doors/storage lockers were actually a really good idea ( you had one on a wristband which accessed your room and your individual locker), and saved the hassle of having to carry around your own keys to padlocks. The rooftop bar was great- a good vibe in the evenings, very sociable. All in all it was a good time, the staff were particularly commendable, and the location is really good for shops and buses all over the island, as well as nights out

Shower facilities esp were a little run down, and the air con seemed a little temperamental/unpredictable, but other than that it was a great time

I stayed for a month and it was the best experience I've ever had in a hostel. Even though I shared the room with 12 people, I felt like I had privacy, as there was a curtain on each bed. The locker was huge too. The hostel was always clean and smelling good. You can pay €7 and the girls will deliver your clothes clean and dry after 24 hours, which was very good. The location and vibe of the hostel are incredible, as it is excellent for meeting people and making friends. How not to mention about the people at reception, maintenance and cleaning? Lovely people and always willing to help you, with a smile on their faces. I felt extremely welcomed. Natalia, how could I forget to talk about you? I believe you are the most incredible person I met while traveling. Thank you very much for all your welcome, concern and friendship. I believe they could buy a bigger/new refrigerator, with both parts working, since they host a lot of people and space in the refrigerator can be a problem, in addition to not being able to keep meat/chicken for a few days, since the freezer doesn't work.

The hostel is in the center of St. Julian's. The bus station is just in front of the hostel so it is very convenient if you want to visit Valletta and Sliema. There are many nearby restaurants and fast foods too.

Since there is a common veranda for two separate dorm rooms, someone who is not staying in your room may access your room through it. Just make sure to keep your belongings in your locker. A bit far from Valletta but it is fine since the bus station is just in front of the hostel.
