Very close to town, and rooms were a good size and very clean. The draw card for me was the convenience of being close enough to walk anywhere needed, and free parking. The lovely lady at reception, was super friendly and helpful- giving some great tips on nearby places to eat and things to do. I mentioned I was there for a first aid course, and the next morning when I went to hand key in, she asked how my course went! Couldn't believe she remembered with all the guests checking in and out! We had a chat, and she is a wealth of local knowledge, and I will definitely be going back there to stay, as the service and suggestions were really fabulous and spot on! Bakery nearby is INCREDIBLE too, which was one of her suggestions. Very good value for money too-I have a paid a lot more for rooms that were nowhere near as nice or as clean as these, it was a very good experience all round.

That I had to leave the spacious room to go back home to the children...it was so peaceful and bed was super comfortable 😁

We arrived after hours and as advised were given a txt msg to instruct us to checking in process which was easy to follow. Reception Staff were very obliging and very helpful with enquiries about local knowledge. The Staff that attended to your Rooms were just lovely and our Room was spotless. Location was perfect as we arrived by bus and no vehicle for duration of stay.

Super quiet location, and close enough to walk to everything in town. Very clean room, and superbly helpful lady (Jen) on reception. Would highly recommend to friends

The whole of the decor in our room was most acceptable, but the shiny black tiles in the shower became VERY slippery once one started using any soap or shampoo.

This motel is outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned to a superior standard everyday and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of motels and this one would be in my top 2. Keep up the good work. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

I cannot find any faults no matter how hard I try.

Basic, nicely renovated rooms. Good standard facilities. Nice bathroom, comfy bed and exceedingly lovely, helpful staff. Food and supermarkets close walking distance. Plenty of car parking. Great view of the sea from several rooms.

Construction work next door was noisy from 6am - couldn't be helped I guess. TV from neighbouring room (26) was a little noisy through the wall, guessing this is due to the room layouts. Slept with earplugs anyway. Have relocated for my next stay, staff happy to help me pick a great room.

Great location. Walking distance to bakery, shops, pubs and beach. The walking trail is well used and easily accessible. The room was exceptionally clean with enough beds for a family. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Would suggest a mat outside the door of the rooms to remove excess sand from children’s feet after they had been in the water.

Right on the beach and short walk to dinner. Small but functional bathroom and lovely hot shower. Even had timber coat hagers in the wardrobe so strong enough to hold our motorcycle jackets, and that's pretty much a luxury when riding. We usually have to drapevthem over a chair.

Nothing to not like.

Conveniently placed in Pt. Lincoln, offers spacious rooms and a good set of services. Internet connection is good and free of charge. Big parking lot (is a motel). You can access the beach directly from the hotel.

I have been there over Christmas and I've been warned that the rooms would not be serviced on 25th morning. Not a majot issue. I think that it's a bit overpriced for the level of the accommodation. In case you have problems with climbing stairs, better to ask for gorund floor rooms.

More pillows applied in the rooms would be fantastic, also more parking spaces. Tried to park my car late in the afternoon and ended up having to park all the way up the street as the car park was completely packed.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and let me keep the car there while we went with friends to investigate the Whale Way. It is well located, and we walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Although we were on the gulf with water lapping the property's fence, you couldn't enjoy the view from inside the room. There was a balcony the length of the building so you could put a chair out if desired.
