Charming modern room, a little smaller than expected, but enough space for two (I was solo on this trip). Well appointed, with large TV, free Netflix, free hi-speed wifi. Provisions for preparing your own meal (microwave only) if staying in. Delicious pods for Nespresso coffee maker. This was a room that didn't have a view, hence the cheaper price, but you could actually catch a glimpse of the water from your window or balcony. A lovely bonus was the charming private waterfront area for guests, with bbq, large picnic table, and some lovely seating for just relaxing and taking in the views and the salt air. Only a couple of minutes drive to main shops/restaurants, esplanade, etc. Close enough for cheap taxi if having a night out. Excellent/efficient communication with owners. Trouble-free key access. I would definitely stay here again.

Shared balcony with two other units, but this wasn't really a problem for me.

We had a two bedroom apartment which had a view of the water, the unit was very clean and spacious but outside of our room we did not have any outdoor furniture as it was a walkway to the other two units on the same level. The unit was perfect for a 5 night stay but I must mention the road traffic, the bedrooms are basically on the street and the trucks and cars do not stop all night. When booking this accommodation I considered all the other aspects that you need to do but did not take into account the main road.

The staff were so accommodating and understanding about a car issue that arose and helped me and even gave me a cuddle and reassurance as I left to travel solo for 700km west. The property has everything you could need, comfortable beds, beautiful toiletries and a pod machine with my favourite pods!

It was a little hard to find our unit number in the dark, but a quick phone call and we saw the massive number 😂 But the lovely lady on reception was really open to suggestions on how to fix that for other guests.

This property is in a fantastic location. The rooms are not huge but there is more than enough space. The room waswell equipped with everything you could possibly need. Even though the property is on the highway there is no noise from the road at all. There is a great outdoor space with views across the water, perfect to sit and relax. This is a great property within an easy walk to town. Would definitely return to this property

Due to being on the highway it was difficult to pull into the driveway but there is nothing that can be done about that, you just need to be very aware of the address and be ready to pull in.

Clean and comfortable - close if you want to walk to the main foreshore area

beds, are in need of new mattress's. they seem to be quite hard with not much padding for comfort Car parking is quite tight, especially when there are more than 2 4WDs sharing the space, the driveway is very hard to see on approach from the road and it is steep down to the parking area, should at least advise the guests to expect this steep drive way.

Stayed in room 2. Nice location with private waterfront garden was absolute serenity. The WiFi is fast, room was cozy and comfortable. The shower was a comfortable size with nice water flow/stream. Complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner provided. I will be back for again.

The key/fob to get in was a little tricky (particularly when the sun is beaming directly on the keypad. To sleep I had to turn the TV off at the wall as the light was very bright and was keeping me awake Unfortunately I couldn't get my complimentary Netflix going (though not a deal breaker)

Great location. The Villa had beautiful views and was really comfortable. We would definitely recommend it. The staff were excellent in all our dealings.

It was all really good l, although we did struggle with the TV until we realised the antenna had been pulled out. The air con was also not the best but it wasn't hot so it didn't matter..

Great views from lounge & main bedroom, easy check in, very homey & comfortable, bed was so comfortable. Easy walk into town along the foreshore. Welcome chocolates were lovely. Also very quiet.

The kitchen is well equiped but you do need your own essentials, which is fine as I had them with me but good to note.

Great location with view over the ocean from the top apartment. Short stroll into the main street or Pt Lincoln. Apartment was not large (this was highlighted by staff in advance) but the layout is functional and spacious. Clean apartment with kitchenette and good range of utensils. Easy booking process and staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions during booking. There are some design issues such as slippery tiles in bathroom floor and no flyscreen on front door but when advised to staff, our feedback was welcomed and well received as they are soon doing a refurbishment of the rooms.

Was just an overnight stay. Arrived & left outside office hours, so didn't see staff. However, great communication from them, messaging details of how to access key. They left a welcoming letter attached with key. Room was upstairs, comfy bed, great shower, complimentary chocolates.

Maybe better signage pointing down to Reception. There is a steep driveway leading to Reception. At first weren't sure if it was part of the facility or neighbours.
