We really enjoyed our stay. A lovely hotel, in a nice and peaceful location but close to all the action. We felt very welcomed during our stay and whilst the room was fairly basic it had everything you need - clean and a good size. The large and varied breakfast was fantastic. We would happily return to this hotel. It's incredibly good value.

They take such a good care of their customers at Mistral. We felt welcomed, well hosted and assisted from the very first moment we stepped in, throughout our entire stay. I definitely wouldn't search for anything else for an eventual come back to Hydra. My stay at Mistral was simply memorable. The facilities are spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful, including the room. The breakfast is superb. I work in tourism for many years now, and I have never seen such a good care and originality at breakfast. I would be giving 11+ stars if it was an option.

The breakfast was really outstanding, the best I ever had during a holiday. It isn't a classical buffet breakfast but a menu served to the table, and it changes every day. I stayed for almost three weeks, and there was not much repetition. It also contained traditional Greek dishes, which was really great. I also got many valuable hints regarding my stay in general, e.g., for hiking and weather conditions.

There isn't anything that I didn't like at all. Room cleaning can be improved. It would be really good if the toilet paper is refilled once the last role is started and not if there is almost no paper left on the role. Some people might be afraid of running out of it during the night.

It is a lovely property and found the whole stay relaxing and refreshing. The breakfasts that were served on the patio were exceptional. It was so lovely to be served a beautifully prepared breakfast that changed each day. The staff were friendly and helpful answering questions with ease when asked. I will make sure to highly recommend this property to all who may be interested in visiting Hydra in the future. Such an uplifting vacation destination.

There was nothing to dislike at this property. The only issue is getting lost on the way from the port because we were not paying attention to the signs pointing to the hotel.

Wonderful people, a beautiful place with a view of the harbour. The breakfast was truly outstanding. just a short walk to the port, yet a tranquil location with a gorgeous courtyard.

The shower was good just a little small. I would also have liked some information about Hydra and the hotel itself to be in the room. Apart from the initial supply of water and toiletries, these were never replenished. But these are small things. overall, great.

Each morning there was an incredible breakfast with everything you could wish for. The menu changed every day. The decor of the hotel was beautiful...lots of lovely old wooden furniture and interesting art on the walls. The location was very peaceful...sounds of the rooster, donkeys and church bells made it special. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a small fridge in the room. We were given extra pillows when we requested them.

A kettle in the room would have been nice. Some English channels on the TV would have been good, too.

A beautiful charming hotel only a few minutes walk from the harbour side. Wonderful garden, breakfast, service, room.

We were really struggling with our very heavy suitcases from the harbour up to the hotel because of the bumpy rocky road. But that's NOT the hotel's fault.😉 The hotel arranged for a man to help us with the suitcases down to the port when we were leaving. Next time we will ask the hotel about the same arrangement from the harbour to the hotel as well. Those streets are very challenging for the wheels of the suitcases...🙄

Theofilos, Jenny and Nicholas were the perfect hosts. This hotel is a must. You will not be disappointed We felt like loyalty being greeted with a smile and good morning and being personally served a beautiful breakfast every day surprise new breakfast cooked by Theofilos and served by Jenny.

The hotel is situated close to the port a short 3 minute walk but far enough away from the noise. A beautiful courtyard looked after the owners where breakfast was served.
